Great View and lovely breeze!

Lovely light filled property, well maintained heated pool. Would book again. Hosts very easy to reach and good at communicating. Thanks for the lovely welcome gifts too. If you like bird watching this is a great property to watch Black Kites, Egrets and Short Toed Eagles from the patio!

Beautiful views and fantastic pool

Fabulous property with stunning views over the Gironde estuary, the photos do not do the view justice. The pool is a great size and the outdoor area is a great size. Indoors the property is well stocked and the inclusion of fans in each room was very welcome during our stay. Owner was very easy to deal with and while there were a couple of issues during our stay he responded swiftly and was helpful. Miss the sunshine and views already!

Great pool and view of estuary.

This villa is easy to find and comes well equipped. The utility room contains fans, an additional fridge, books and games in addition to a very good clothes washing machine. The beds we used were most comfortable. The outside temperature during our visit was very high but by keeping the shutters closed the villa remained cool. The kitchen was fully equipped as indeed was the whole villa. Dealing with the owner was a easy, positive and a pleasure.

Vacance en famille

Belle vue sur l’estuaire Mais malheureusement femme de ménage en congé donc une de replacement et le ménage était pas fait. La piscine pas très nettoyé non plus à notre arrivée. Assez compliqué de mettre la télévision française. Le point appréciable c’est la piscine sécurisée avec un enfant mais par contre aucun coin d’ombre pour se baigner ou se reposer. Par contre des moustiques toute la journée et surtout le soir a partir de 18h30 il faut rentrer dans la maison et ne pas ouvrir les fenêtres car sinon vous êtes piqués sur tout le corps. J’ai dû avoir au moins 60 piqures en 2 semaines. Obligé d’acheter des produits répulsifs et aussi pour apaiser les démangeaisons. Donc impossible de manger dehors le soir ou de faire des soirées piscine. Dommage Rien à proximité obliger de faire minimum 10/15min de route voir 20min pour faire des courses Location cher pour ce que c’est à mon goût

Nous avons apprécié le cadeau de bienvenue. Propriété agréable, spacieuse, bien équipée. Cependant, il pourrait y avoir qques petits travaux pour améliorer le confort. -fuite tuyau robinet cuisine -clinche porte piscine -certaines literies pourraient être changées Maison un peu vétuste pour le prix payé

The house was brilliant, everything we expected and more. The pool was perfect and a fab location.

The rental of this house was great from start to finish. We loved everything about it; parents, grandparents and children alike. The house was so well equipped and was an excellent base for exploring a stunning coastline. We spent many happy hours in the pool and the sea breeze kept the heat off to a certain degree. Dan as a great host and we would definitely recommend this house.

Très agréable maison

Maison bien équipée, fidèle à la description, avec superbe vue sur l'estuaire. Était assez fraîche malgré la canicule extérieure. Piscine très appréciée. Les plages sont à 15 minutes en voiture. Un lit pour bébé et une chaise haute nous aurait été utiles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons fortement cette propriété.

Très jolie maison et magnifique vue

Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La vu est vraiment magnifique on a l'impression d'être face a la mère mais on est face a l'estuaire de la Gironde. Mais le seul point négatif pour ma part c'est les moustiques surtout en fin de journée impossible de rester dehors on est envahi... Au vu du prix a la semaine la moindre des choses aurait été d'avoir des serviettes et des draps minimum. Il faut tout prévoir jusqu'au liquide vaisselle mais a part ca très bien.

Un cadre très agréable et une vue exceptionnelle, jardin vaste et bien entretenu avec piscine sympa. La literie serait à changer, les chambres et les sanitaires sont vieillissants.

Perfect Property, Amazing Views.

We found the property both clean and well stocked with all your holiday self catering needs. Being a bungalow and with 4 bedrooms it was perfect for us, especially for our Autistic daughter. The pool was fenced and well maintained. The garden was large and accommodating for fun games etc. and the views/sunsets were just amazing! Thank you Dan for a wonderful stay. 5 Stars all the way

Semaine de vacances inoubliable .

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette propriété. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Le jardin est très grand et arboré et la piscine chauffée au top. En plus nous avons eu du soleil tous les jours avec une température de plus de 30°. Les commerces à proximité au village de Mortagne sont suffisants. Nous recommandons cette location et nous pensons sérieusement à réserver de nouveau cet endroit l'été prochain .
