House with swimming pool ideal for families with children

A family house, very well equipped, an ideal place for holidays, a beautiful configuration for small children: a bright house of 100 m², 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Terrace and private garden, table tennis, swimming pool (to share with our 2 cottages, pool not heated), large park with games for children and adults, petanque ground, 30 minutes from the beach.

For a touch of "douceur de vivre", children can play in our beautiful gardens and splash around in the swimming pool. With other families in the surrounding properties, your children will also have friends to play with!
This is a great starting point for fun family excursions.

La Glycine has a two-level ground floor of about 70 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a large fridge-freezer. In the dining room there is a wooden table and chairs, as well as a high chair and a booster seat if required. In the lounge area there are three sofas (one of which can be turned into a double bed), plus a TV and DVD player. There are toys for the children and lots of DVDs.
There is a large bathroom on the ground floor with a bath, storage unit and WC.

La Glycine is a character gîte with double-height ceilings as you enter and a large bay window overlooking the courtyard.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi included.

On the first floor (15 steps, safety gates on the stairs for children) there are 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 x 200) and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with a choice of 1 double bed (180 x 200) or 2 single beds (ask the owner before booking for the option chosen) and wardrobes
Bedroom 3 : 2 bunk beds with 1 baby bed and a wardrobe.

Bathroom : Shower, washbasin and WC.

Outside the gite you will find a pretty fenced garden, plenty of shady play areas under the trees and a patio for outdoor dining. You can enjoy a barbecue. Lovely lined paths lead you to the rest of the extensive gardens and playgrounds.

The enclosed grounds offer plenty of space for everyone. The swimming pool (to share and not heated) is fully fenced in for your peace and quiet.

This former farmhouse provides adult bikes, with helmet and seat or baby trailer, and children's bikes (with helmet), for those who want to take a quick ride to the local village.
