The apartment is located in an elegant complex with a 24-hour reception, and is equipped with 5 swimming pools with slides, gardens and community parking, a restaurant with menus at affordable prices and a cafeteria in the pool area.
It has a kitchen, bathroom and living room with sofa bed with 2 separate beds that can be joined and become a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and everything necessary for guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Balcony with frontal sea view. Ideal for 2 people max 4.
All rooms with conditioned air.
It is well connected, Taxi rank at the door of the Résidence, Supermarket in the Résidence itself, shops, restaurants and leisure areas very close. The airport a few kilometers.
IT IS ALSO RENTED FOR LONG SEASON (5/6 months from October to May, (electricity costs apart).
Guests are kindly requested to leave the studio as they have found it.
