Perfect place to see Florence by walk
Near the main train station (300 meters), near to cathedral (300 meters), near Fortezza da Basso fairs (400 meters)..
Flat small Ideal for two people, it can accommodate up to 4 people (using the sofa bed).

The cleaning and sanitation workers enter the apartment and proceed in a systematic way, washing every surface and every corner. From floors to door handles, from remote controls to all appliances, every corner of the house is first washed and then sanitized. 70% alcoholic solutions are used for sanitation, as indicated by the WHO guidelines.

"Caterina" is a small flat composed by one bedroom, with 2 single beds that can be pushed together (orthopedics springs and mattresses) on the upper floor. A bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed, and a cooking area.
The bedroom is very quiet, you can sleep in complete peace. The living with a sofa bed has the windows on the Central Market square, It is a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper.
Check in time from 3 pm to 7 pm (check in late 30 euro more), after 10 pm the check in is not possible.
Check out time before 10 am.

Please consider that for a long stay, for stays over 2 weeks the utilities are not included in the price. (Electricity and water)

The perfect central location

This very clean apartment served us for homebase while visiting Florence. It is across the street from the Mercato Centrale which provided access to a few inexpensive meals. A food court Italian style. There are also several restaurants , the train station and city buses within walking distance. It is also within 10 to 15 minutes walk from all the sights. Our host, Gabriel was very accommodating and thoughtful enough to leave a book in the apartment suggesting places to eat on a gluten free diet for me. Simply a delightful find. I would return here in a heart beat.

Gabriele was a wonderful host! The apartment was exactly as expected. The location was perfect.

Gabiele's listing is great. He was very welcoming and was always available. Communication was perfect. His place is very cozy, extremely well-located (it is within walking distance to all major tourist locations in Florence) and it was remarkably clean. The flat offers everything you might need. This place is PERFECT! You can easily walk to all the places! I spent 4 nights here with my Boyfriend and we enjoy a lot Florence and the experience to stay in an apartment that makes you feel like home. We want to thank Gabriele for letting stay in his apartment! The apartment was bigger than we expected. Great space to prepare simple meals. The location was amazing, close to historical sites (walking) and transportation! Gabriele made us feel very welcome!! He waited for us to arrive. We felt his apartment was perfect for us. The market is truly across the street. The second floor of the market stays open till midnight (I think). They have dinner, drinks and desserts available there. There’s a small cafe across the street past the leather seller stalls called Coffe and Kitchen, that we had a great American breakfast every day. All we can say us we loved our stay at Gabriele’s. Thank you so much, Gabriele!!

Beautiful

This is the perfect location from which to explore Florence. Really close to the Duomo, the central station and opposite the market with its fantastic food hall upstairs (open until Midnight). we'd definitely stay again, so it's not a deal-breaker. The accommodation is full of character, well laid out and has all you need for an enjoyable trip to such a beautiful city.

Caterina apartment was in the perfect location! It is right next to the Central Market and has heaps of restaurants right outside. We would highly recommend staying here as a first time visitor to Florence. Easy walk from train station, easy walk to all the sights. Gabriele was flexible with check in and check out time. He welcomed us and made us feel at home. The flat is exactly as described in the listing. The flat is great value for money. Although it is small, it is in an amazing location. It is super clean and comfy.

Wow !

Wow! When you can leave the front door and within minutes are standing in what must be considered one of the most beautiful parts of Florence you know you have a winner. Gabriele's apartment was awesome, loved the layout and with the market place so close the offerings of food, fresh produce and of course shopping you have everything. Florence was the last stop on our month long stay in Italy and this ended what has been a brilliant holiday. Thanks Gabriele for the use of your beautiful apartment. Great location

This house is a great location. It's right across the street from the market, and down the street from the Duomo and David. We walked everywhere very easily. The apartment itself is very cute and the pictures were accurate. Gabriele was very helpful and kind and accommodated our needs well. The stairs in the apartment are a little steep, which was not a problem. I was only thinking that my parents would not have been able to stay at this location because they may have difficulty with the stairs. The bed was comfortable the water was hot and we felt safe the whole time.
