About this property

Updated condo with a fantastic view!

The condo is located in the Brunswick Plantation golf resort. The condo has an updated kitchen with new appliances. A new walk-in shower was just installed in May 2022. Unit has new mattresses and box springs. A new sleeper sofa. Two rocker recliners. Installed all new ceiling fans and lighting fixtures. Just installed for 2021 are two new tall toilets. A new 55-inch high- definition Fire TV (May 2023) in the living room. A 49-inch high-definition TCL Roku TV in the main bedroom. and a new Fire TV (May 2023) in the second bedroom.

Also, high-speed internet was installed in 2023. The Condo has a fabulous water and golf course view (see pictures). Centrally located. Approximately 15 - 20 minutes from Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle beach. About 15 - 20 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. Brunswick Plantation is a gated community offering 27 holes of golf. It is located just 3 miles from the South Carolina border. Condo offers 2 spacious master bedrooms with 2 full sized beds in each room. A split bedroom design, one bedroom, has a walk-in closet; making this a great choice for long-term renters! This bedroom also includes a kitchenette, microwave, and eating table (4 chairs). The main living area is open and airy with comfortable seating. There are two sets of sliders that open to a large-covered balcony with a table and 4 chairs, where you can enjoy the bright morning sunshine or a cool shady place to relax in the afternoon. An abundance of waterfowl, fish, and turtles make this lagoon their home, lots to keep you entertained. If inside fun is more your thing, you'll enjoy the many board games, puzzles, cards, and poker chips available for your use. We also have a DVD/Blu-ray player with misc. DVDs for kids and adults. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots/pans, and dishes you'll need to cook a great meal. In addition to the dining table, there are 2 breakfast bar stools for additional seating. The condo is equipped with a stackable washer/dryer. All towels and bedding are included. If you are interested in golf, you've come to the right place! About 90 golf courses can be found along the Grand Strand. Brunswick Plantation offers a 27-hole golf course, driving range, and putting green. Inside the stately southern Plantation-House, you'll find a pro-shop and restaurant, serving great food and drinks. It's always best to call ahead for available hours. The area offers lots of great beaches, restaurants, shopping, putt-putt golf, ice cream, boating, fishing, and a whole lot more. Beach chairs and beach toys are available for your use! Excellent golf course condo in close proximity of several beaches.

Condo was in very nice gated community with access to golf and beaches nearby. There was something for everyone in the family to enjoy. We had a relaxing vacation with time spent golfing, playing at the beach, and shopping and dining.

Peaceful Stay

We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was very clean upon arrival and ready for us. The check in process was smooth. The pool was great, we loved having it right across the street. Very quiet rexlaxing time! The turtles in the pond right out back were such an added bonus for the kids.

Property in very good condition, close to where we wanted to play golf. So an ideal location. Down side was that we found three dead/dying cockroaches in the lounge.

Two senior couples absolutely loved our month long stay in this condo. The condo was as described. Beds were very comfortable and unit was well equipped. The view from the patio deck was fabulous. Residents in Brunswick were very friendly. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. We would definitely stay again at this property - great value.

Quiet Condo, short drive to everything

Very clean and quiet condo. Had everything you would need away from home. Nice balcony overlooking gold course and pond with turtles and birds. 2 Min walk to pool and short drive to beaches and everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, minus all the traffic.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. John (and Tracy) were extremely helpful in making our stay restful. The condo felt very welcoming and was nicely decorated. It felt like home! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and its location was convenient to Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle and Myrtle Beach. The 5-day respite was just what the doctor ordered! Beautiful condo overlooking golf course

We usually stay at a condo on the beach when visiting our family near Myrtle Beach. This time we decided to try a condo in Brunswick Plantation. I'm so happy that we did. Tracy was great to work with. She made everything super easy. Her condo is very welcoming. She made sure to have everything you would need in order to enjoy the stay. I loved the fact that the bed linens and towels were included. Right on route 17 makes this the perfect place to visit both the beautiful beaches and all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Very quiet and peaceful. Had fun counting the turtles from the deck. We will be staying in this same condo on our next visit to the area. Can't wait!

Location and View -great. / unit was not adequately supplied for a month rental-2 towel and 2 wash clothes-lockout unit/2nd bedroom not supplied. The recliners badly need replacing. We have consider this condo our home at MB since 2015. It sadden us that we will need to find another vacation community if these things are not addressed. We have always carried our motorcycle and trailer on each visit. Due to rule implemented after reservation were made cost us and extra $118. For storage. NOT a good place to stay for motorcyclists with trailers. We have stayed in this unit for 7 years, sometime for 3 months at a time, we must locate a different vacation rentals. It appears that HOA rules only apply to guest regarding no pets.

I have lived in Ohio my whole life. I currently live in the Northeastern part of Ohio in the City of Cortland. I retired from the Trumbull County Auditor's office in July of 2016 after 35 years of public service.

Why they chose this property

A friend of mine has been staying here for a few years while on golf trips with friends. He told me about how much he liked Brunswick Plantation and the area that he decided to purchase a condo here. So I decided to come down and check out the area myself in November of 2017. I also fell in love with the area and decided to purchase one.
This condo came on the market while I was there. Talk about being in the right place at the right time! The view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon and the 8th green of the Magnolia golf course was so beautiful that I decided to buy it. The previous owners John and Tracy are going to be my property managers. So those of you that enjoyed dealing with them before will continue to see them.

What makes this property unique

I love Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle Beach; unspoiled, white sand beaches! They are only 15 - 20 minutes away. Also, North Myrtle beach is only 15 - 20 minutes away. I love the many seafood restaurant's in Calabash. It's a great place to be any time of year. The view from the covered balcony, or living room, of the golf course and lagoon are spectacular!
