The Space:

The luxury property has views of the sea and is situated in a fantastic location near the centre of Carvoeiro village just 300 meters from the beach, shops & restaurants, a car is not needed.





Casa Bruella has been refurbished to the very highest standards and features a large enclosed outdoor BBQ and alfresco entertaining area, which looks over the private swimming pool, heating is available upon request at €300 per week.





The villa is air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout with unlimited Broadband WiFi.





The accommodation consists of three beautifully furnished bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The beds are large and very comfortable.





The living room is large, open planned, high wooden ceilings, large wood burner and traditional handcrafted terracotta floor. The dining area has a large table for eight, flat-screen TV, sound system and satellite TV, with English Channels. This opens into the well laid out solid oak modern and versatile kitchen, which is fully equipped and benefits from a large double Range Master oven & cooker & built-in fridge and freezer.





The living room opens out to the pool terrace and BBQ area. This is beautiful and practical in design. The BBQ area is covered with traditional Portuguese handcrafted bricks, and a large stone table that seats ten, with a large natural charcoal BBQ with extract system, and sink area.





The pool is a kidney-shaped heated (optional) pool, with plenty of terracing for lazing around the pool and enjoying the sun. Because the pool has the option to be heated, this makes the property appealing all year round. There is an outside toilet /changing room. There is a small grassed area for children to play with a Wendy house. The villa is private, fully fenced with an electric gate, security lights and private parking.



Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.

Wonderful villa, pool & location

Had a wonderful week with family at this villa, was really spacious and clean with excellent air-con units in all rooms. Beds v comfy and everything u need in kitchen and outside charcoal BBQ area. Covered outside eating area great for keeping out of the sun n enjoy eating alfresco. Pool excellent, clean and really deep in places, lovely for leisurely swims n fun for teens. Location is quiet in evening n nighttime, 8 mins walk down hill to Carvoeiro centre, excellent restaurants n beach/water for swim/relaxing. Any small issues dealt with promptly by office/contact. Highly recommend n would love to visit again. Thanks

Great for multi generation families

Clean, large and with great pool and close to main Beach 10 min walk. It’s a bit dark inside, but cosy and with good beds and en-suite bathrooms to every room. Kitchen is very well equipped. We loved the coffe machine (gusto). Nice supermarket and pizza right accross from the roundabout.

A wonderful villa in an excellent location

Our group of 7 (3 adults and 4 children, aged 5 to 11) had a brilliant time staying at Casa Bruella. The villa is large, comfortable and very well appointed, and the pool and covered outdoor area are both lovely. The location is great - very close to the beach and centre of Carvoeiro (only a 5/10 minute walk) without being right in the centre, which is exactly what we were looking for. There is a small Supermarket about 30 seconds away. The only problem was the tears as we were leaving (and not just from the kids!). We would definitely recommend Casa Bruella, and hope to return ourselves in the future.

The Location of Casa Bruella is fantastic however the interior needs updating.

Casa Bruella is perfectly situated for easy access to the town centre, beaches and restaurants. It has a really great back garden with a good sized pool and bar-b-q area and plenty of parking if needed, however we paid quite a lot to stay there and were very surprised therefore to find stained carpets in the master bedroom, holes in the net curtains and stains on the bedspread and curtains in one of the spare bedrooms. The shower in the master leaked and flooded the bathroom floor and there had clearly been difficulties with all of the joints on the bathroom taps leaking so these had been fixed using bathroom sealant which had turned green and slimy. The toaster didn't work reliably,the dishwasher door didn't open without scraping on the kick boards underneath ( an easy job to fix but has clearly been left judging by the amount of damage to the base of the door) and all of the chopping knives (of which there were over 20!!) were blunt. The owners had gone to the trouble of organising a welcome pack for us which was unexpected and thoughtful with tea, coffee etc however had chosen to cut corners by providing UHT milk. We were only given 1 bin bag to last our party of 5 for 8 days and when I enquired if there were spares kept anywhere the manager informed us we would have to buy our own. This was the same for toilet paper and washing up liquid. As holiday cottage owners ourselves, we see these items as basic necessities and would not expect guests (particularly oversees guests) to have to purchase their own as these items cannot be bought in small quantities. Whilst we felt the location of this villa was unrivalled, (glimpses of sea from the back garden, newly opened mini-market over the road) we felt the interior did not match up to the lovely exterior and is in need of some basic maintenance and updating

Ein fantastisches Feriendomizil mit toller Ausstattung und Lage

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und drei Kindern in der Villa und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung war perfekt; es hatte einfach alles nötige. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen, da man zu Fuss innert 5-7 Minuten am Stadtstrand von Carvoeiro ist und somit auch spontan abends noch einen Spaziergang in die Stadt unternehmen kann. Zwei Minuten entfernt befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria und im Komplex bei der Pizzeria befindet sich ein Supermarkt, der alle erforderlichen Dinge (Essen, Haushaltsutensilien) für den Alltag verkauft. Die Komunikation und Abwicklung lief reibungslos. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden dort wieder Ferien machen.

One of the best.

We've stayed in many Villas on the Algarve over the years and this is one of the best. Perfect location, very handy shops, restaurants and bars, and a short walk down to Carvoeiro. Villa itself is very comfortable, a good size for 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms en suite. The outside area is particularly nice, excellent sized pool, BBQ area etc. There is everything in the Villa you could need. Management were always helpful and responsive and dealt with anything we asked quickly and efficiently. No hesitation to recommend.
