Unpack your bags and step right on it to a luxurious, spacious high-rise condo with security, ample parking, gym, oceanfront pool and tennis court in a prime location on Daytona Beach!

This is a large one bedroom with approx 800 sq ft of living area giving it a light, airy feel! The entire unit has been renovated with new flooring and furnishings. The kitchen and Bathroom feel modern and includes everything you need to settle into your home away from home! The home features higher end furnishings and fixtures and truly feels like a luxurious vacation retreat.

Amenities include Coffeemaker, blender, toaster, crockpot, microwave, well equipped dishes, silverware and glasses, cable tv, high speed wifi internet and security featuring front desk in lobby, ring doorbell for entry and electronic door lock. Unit has 2 large flat screen smart televisions and a DVD player for use as well. The bedroom offers a king size bed and the living room offers both a full pull out sofa bed and a queen size Murphy bed featuring an upgraded memory foam mattress. The bathroom has a brand new vanity and tiled flooring.

Outdoors you will find another 80 sq ft of living space on a huge 20 ft long balcony! being on the 11th floor gives you a fantastic view of both the ocean and the intra-coastal for both sunrises and sunsets!!

Right next door is a large resort where you can enjoy amenities such as a spa and great restaurants! Publix and local drug store both within short walking distance! You're within 2 miles of the Daytona Beach Pier and traditional boardwalk area where you can find a movie theater, mini golf and more activities for the family! 9/30/22 Update- our property sustained major damage from Hurricane Ian impacting our clubhouse, pool deck and seawall. We are currently without a pool or sauna until at least early 2024. Pricing has been updated accordingly however my unit was beautifully remodeled after sustaining minor water intrusion during the hurricane to now include full tile floowing and i made some updates to the kitchen while i was at it with granite counters and new appliances. We do still have on site beach access through our garage level as there is a public beach accessway next to our building.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time in the condo. Had everything we needed, well appointed with furniture, plenty of cookware, utensils, dinnerware, towels, etc... The condo itself was spotless. Amazing view of both the beach/ocean and the city. Especially enjoyed watching fireworks on July 4th, we could see various displays simultaneously from the 11th floor balcony. The pool and grounds were fantastic. We would definitely stay at the condo again!

The view

The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything I needed. The balcony was big and had plenty of seating and tables and a view of the beautiful ocean and also a riverside view. It had a nice pool and pool deck. There are walking distance stores for all your needs. I really enjoyed my stay and had a nice relaxing time. Lovely relaxing holiday

Condominium was exactly as described. Clean and in lovely area, really convenient for shopping and restaurants. People made us feel welcome at pool and communal areas. Had few very minor issues which Stephanie dealt with really promptly. She was always quick to reply to any of our questions. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to return ourselves.

Condo and location is great!!

My wife and I stayed here for two months and it was wonderful!! The condo is very updated with all the conveniences and a balcony with great views of the ocean ( and dolphins), the city and the Halifax river. The heated pool and ocean were wonderful... The sunsets were also amazing.. There are restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. Stephanie was a great host; addressing any issues or questions we had very quickly.. We would definitely return to this condo next year; but not available then.. Thank you so much Stephanie for sharing your piece of heaven....

Fantastic updated condo right on the beach and close to restaurants, bars and shopping.

My husband and I spent 2 months here. A beautifully updated condo with Ocean and Halifax River views. Spectacular sunsets every night. You can choose to walk on the beach or on the sidewalk to many restaurants or shopping. Location of the condo is the best. The condo was very nicely furnished and very well equipped with whatever we needed. Great ocean views from living room and bedroom, as well as the big balcony; which also overlooks the heated pool. We enjoyed our stayed VERY much and would recommend it to everyone. Stephanie is a great host; and responds very quickly to any concerns or questions.

Absolutely amazing updated condo at a well-maintained and clean property!!!!

My family and I vacationed here from 6/4-6/11. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation at a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo right on the beach that has been recently renovated from the floor to the ceiling with new furniture THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!!! THIS IS NOT A RESORT, you will not be kept up at a night with loud music or noisy neighbors. We have 2 young daughters, 12 and 8, and we were looking for a place to relax, create memories and enjoy a vacation at the beach. You could tell right when you open the door that this condo had been recently updated. We cooked in the full kitchen every other night and realized that while cooking we had a view of the ocean from the opening in the kitchen. The living room has ample space for 4 people to sit, very nice couches and a comfortable recliner. There is a Murphy bed (queen size) in the living room, which the kids thought was the coolest!!! We slept on it one night and the mattress was just as comfortable as the king size mattress in the bedroom. There is very nice plush carpet in the living room and bedroom which was a nice transition from the nice tile floors in the kitchen, dining area, hallway and bathroom. The bathroom was nicely renovated which we felt was right in line with what you would see in a brand new resort. Walking out on the large balcony you have very nice ocean view and a view of the Halifax River while watching the sunset. We spent plenty of time sitting out on the balcony listening to the waves crash and watching the sun set to the west over the Halifax river. We loved the pool, very large and we never had a problem getting chairs, lounge chairs or an umbrella and table when the kids wanted to swim. We were there when Tropical Storm Colin came up I-4, we had one day being overcast and only got heavy rain one evening. It was nice to receive a call from Stephanie, the owner, that evening to see how we were doing and to make sure we were OK and still enjoying our time. Super super nice of the owner to do that. There are some very nice restaurants near the condo. Since this condo is right on the Ormond/Daytona Beach line you are within 1 mile of tons of restaurants. Our overall experience of the condo was fantastic, pics are spot on and we all said while leaving that we would definitely stay at this condo again in the future. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice upscale condo that is right on the beach.
