Modern & clean but noisy

Very clean apartment recently refurbished, with all commodities. The situation is nice. BUT the noise of the street is a real inconvenience. I would have appreciated to have a dishwasher tablet for each day, and some basic ingredients for cooking: salt, oil... it's not practical to have to buy everything for 3 days!
