This modern, spacious house is over 4,000 sq/ft. with 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a large gourmet eat-in kitchen, and a formal dining room. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing in luxury in the heart of the green mountains, you will be able to enjoy the convenience of a great location while enjoying 3 acres of open space with amazing unobstructed views of Killington and Pico. This spacious 4 bedroom comfortably accommodates 8 people and can be configured for couples or singles as needed*.

This house features 2 large living rooms, study, heated 2 car garage, Hotsprings 6 person salt water hot tub and a large outdoor deck with a gas grill for outdoor dining.

Our house is fully equipped with a 60" plasma (main floor living room), 2- 42" flat screens (basement living room & bar), Pool table, cable, high-speed WiFi, Washer/dryer, DVD/Blu ray players, stereo systems, and more!

We're located just off the main access road in Killington, VT which means you're close to all the restaurants, shops and bars with the property being 5 miles to the base of Killington. Nearby Kent pond, Gifford Woods State park and Green mountain National golf course are all less than 10 minutes away.

We've been coming up to Killington for years and finally bought our vacation home here. Originally skiers, we both now snowboard, hike and bike throughout the area as this property is located right near the intersection of the Appalachian and Long Trails.

Why they chose this property

As soon as you step in this house you will gravitate towards the spectacular views of the Killington peaks as well as Pico. The sunrise and sunset views are incredible. The gourmet eat-in Kitchen is a chef's dream. We are 10 minutes to the Killington Base lodge and minutes to all the shops and restaurants on the Access road. This house is 1/4 mile from the Appalachian Trail and Kent Pond as well as Mountain meadows Cross country ski center.
