Seawatch of Vilano is a quiet, 3-story ocean front complex. Experience the best of both worlds in this lovely 2-bed/2-bath 2nd-floor condo. Enjoy the ocean view from the deck, living room, and master bedroom or step onto quiet Vilano Beach from the building’s private boardwalk, while being just minutes from the attractions, shops, galleries and dining of downtown St. Augustine.

After a day of sightseeing enjoy the ocean rhythms from your private 2nd-floor deck or take beach chairs right to the sand. The back deck overlooks the building’s tennis court and swimming pool and also provides a peek at the sunset over the marsh. The condo sleeps 4 and is fully furnished with ceramic tile throughout, plantation shutters, granite countertops, and new kitchen appliances.

Before renting, please be aware this is a quiet building with many full-time residents. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Per HOA rules, there is a 7-day minimum required.

This is always a golden experience. Great venue. Perfect owner. EVERY we need. 10 minutes from the Fort. ALL the dining St. Aug offers. BUT, back at the condo, quiet, peace, tranquillity! Vilano vibrates at its own (slow) pace. Thank God.

Laid back beach town close to all the attractions of Saint Augustine!This condo rental has all the comforts of home, fantastic ocean views from the deck just off the master bedroom. It’s a good mix of guests and residents so it’s super quiet and relaxing. We liked it so much we rebooked for next year!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful Condo and Awesome Beach

Wonderful location. Loved watching the sunrise from our balcony every morning. The beach is great for walking. The condo has everything you need. It is also close to a grocery store and great restaurants. We will be back next year.

Seawatch in July

We’ve been coming to Karen’s Condo for several years now and have never been disappointed. The Condo is always just cleaned on arrival and all appliances are in top notch working order. Of course the main draw is the proximity to the beach and that rarely disappoints. Karen is always only a call or text message away and is always quick to respond if there should be any questions or unforeseen issues. We’ve already booked our vacation for next summer.

It all starts with the view!

Every morning brings a beautiful 180 degree view of the sunrise over the Atlantic, and the day unfolds with dolphin playing offshore, shrimp boats catching this evening's meal, and seabirds sailing past. These condos are designed to take great advantage of that view from the spacious deck and large windows. The unit itself is well furnished and equipped, and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need, and the Publix supermarket is just a few minutes away. We also enjoyed the pool, which was rarely crowded and frequently unoccupied. And, of course, the beach is just a few steps away over the sand dune bridge. This beach is wide, clean, and uncrowded, and perfect for walking -- the St. Augustine inlet jetty is just a one mile walk away. Karen is great to work with, providing all of the information that you will need to feel confident about your stay. We liked her place so much that we have already booked it for next year. .

Relaxing & Fun

This was our first time staying in St. Augustine. We have done several day trips to St. Augustine while on our vacations . We wanted a place that wasn’t super busy, the beach wouldn’t be super crowded, and not a large complex. This place was just the right place. It is only 3 stories and does have a elevator. The grounds and the pool are well maintained. We a very nice welcoming gift. The condo was clean, comfortable, the process to check in and out was very simple. Karen is a fantastic host. Her response time was quick. The only thing all of us agreed on was more bed pillows. All of us like to sleep with two pillows each. The beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect to slide into following a busy day on the beach or sightseeing. We had 8 turtles lay their clutch of eggs during our trip. I am sure when they hatch there will be some very happy people. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends.

This is a wonderful condo and a great location near St Augustine, restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the beach. The owner provides excellent communication and is very responsive.This unit is clean, well furnished, and the appliances are updated. Beds are very comfortable. The pool is well kept.We hope to stay here again on our next visit to St Augustine!

Wonderful Condo!

A real gem

I had a great stay at Karen’s place. She was a fantastic host. The unit was exactly as listed, fully stocked and spotless. It was very quiet, which I really appreciated, yet so close to St Augustine and the rest of Vilano Island. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for us.

Safe and quiet. The beach is never crowded. All of St. Augustine is a mile-long bridge away. The owner responds very quickly. The property is excellently maintained. I think the listing represents reality. We'll be back.

Seawatch Getaway

Always a pleasure staying here. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. The owner is very thoughtful in the way she ensures the condo is well supplied with the essentials, and she provides note cards with advice on everything from adjusting room temperature, WiFi, beach, pool and tennis court access, as well as suggesting things to do, sights to see, and personal recommendation of local establishments. Beautiful sunrise view from master bedroom, living room and balcony. Appreciated the easy access to the beach for that morning walk followed by a dip in the pool. Looking forward to our next visit.
