About this property
WOW. Oceanfront Luxury. Unbelievable views of surf and sand. Near St Augustine.
JUST LISTED and just finished the fabulous new decor. Be one of the first renters to have the wonderful pleasure of vacationing here. (Family and friends have been using this lovely condo) This is where you want to be: toes in the sand and happy times with the ocean surf and sand hugging this property. Our guests will be so, so happy to visit this amazing and newly decorated home. Wonderful memories are made here. Within five minutes you will experience seemingly endless adventures in the beautiful town of St. Augustine, Florida! Seacrest 203 is in a quiet boutique condo in a building made up of only seven units in Vilano beach. We have private beach access in our rear yard. This unit is located on the second floor with only two other units and accessible by an elevator and stairs.
You enter into a long hallway that separates the living area from the bedrooms, maintaining privacy throughout. The main living area has been updated with new furnishing and decorations; natural colors invite the view in—no one wants to take away from the view! Leather sofas, blankets, pillows, and rugs are all new and tastefully done in warm, neutral tones. A new smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar make it easy to stream your favorite shows and music.
The dining table seats six, and there are four bar stools for additional seating—or if you prefer to enjoy a cocktail while someone else is cooking. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops, new appliances, new plates, pots & pans, and everything else you may need to enjoy a vacation away. There is a drip coffee pot for those who want to enjoy a coffee while watching the sun rise from the ocean view from the living area or patio. A pub table with four seats plus two rocking chairs on the covered patio awaits you as you experience the sights and sounds of the ocean as you are enjoying your beverage or meal or just the peace and quiet alone.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a new mattress, bedding, and décor that optimize the spacious room, and has a walk-in closet. There is an en suite equipped with a double vanity, a soaking tub, a separate shower, and a private toilet. The middle bedroom has a new queen mattress and furnishings. There is no closet, but there is a rack so you can hang any of your clothing. The third bedroom, at the end of the unit, is spacious and fitted with a king bed and has a closet available. A new mattress and furnishings make this room light and bright! All bedrooms feature a dresser to allow you to settle in during your stay, a smart TV so you can stream on your services of choice, and hurricane shutters for peace of mind during inclement weather, and USB chargers on each nightstand for devices.
This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for use during your stay, and outside the unit is a storage closet with all the items you may need to enjoy the beach: buckets, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and cornhole, among other things. All the soaps and some start off paper supplies are included as well as beach towels and all towels. You bring your flip flops and food.
During the summer peak season, two parking spaces are allotted to the unit. There will be parking passes in the unit for you to place in your vehicle(s). If you need more, contact the manager.
The cute, growing village of Vilano is walkable, or only two minutes away by car. There is a Publix, restaurants, surf shop, liquor store, and a local art store. The pier is fun for fishing and viewing St Augustine across the water. There is also a ferry to take you to and from St Augustine if you want the views from the water. Every month on the third Saturday they have a night artisan market from local vendors. There is also a fishing pier with a wonderful view of the oldest city in the nation: St. Augustine.
