One of the loveliest stays ever. This is a delightful vintagey bungalow/cottage where you can roll out of be in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and take a 1 minute stroll to watch the sunrise on the beach. It's neat and clean, and well equipped with all you need for a quiet respite by the sea shore. The beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided were very much appreciated. Loved this place! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
The property is on prime real estate, right on the beach. 60 steps away.It is difficult to locate the property it is not clearly marked. We had lots of traffic issues and did not arrive until 1 a.m. But the inside of the home was very welcoming. The only way to park is to back in from the roadI Small cars is the only way to go. Also, the pavement is patio stones and tripping was a hazard and we had to be very careful not to fall. The bedroom was a huge disappointment. Full sized bed and against a wall and no side table on that wall. The walls were covered with curtains. It needs a deep clean. I dropped a bedtime pill and got down on the floor to retrieve it and found many other pills and lots of thick dust and debris.I ended up sleeping on the couch. Because my husband needed the only table for his Cpap machine. And I didn't want to have to climb over him to get in and out of the bed. The kitchen is absolutely perfect. if you need to cook any kind of meal it would be very accommodating. The property is very convenient to everythingWe went to Disney Springs for Christmas Day - 50 minutes drive. We actually resort hopped to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and had a delicious meal at Jiko's.Pier 62, Long Doggers, Zarrella's very good restaurants nearby the VRBO.NASA/Kennedy Space is short drive. We took a boat ride down the Banana River. Saw dolphins, mannatees lots of shore birds. Thanks for the hospitality.
Excellent value for money. Decent bed. Kitchen reasonably equipped for a vacation. Nice space. Convenient to everything you want on a vacation. And, the A/C works! It was nice to have the fan to redirect the airflow. Oh, and a really nice selection of towels - bath AND beach. (You'd be surprised how many places on the beach don't think to provide beach towels. Really nice to have.)
This was our second stay. And as usual, it was amazing, this cottage is everything you want it to be; small, efficient and on the east Side the Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway. it is the definition of a little cottage by the sea.We adore this place the hosts are marvelous people who care about the quality of your stay. They want you to have absolutely everything that you need. We lacked for nothing, and we were well cared for and you will be too.Go for that walk on the beach while you're there. Look for the small turtle hatchlings that make their way to the ocean. Enjoy the seabirds, the peace of this place. It's marvelous for people who wish for a quiet relaxing, stay.
At first, I was taken back. Things quickly changed. We enjoyed our stay. The convenience and private space made for an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much!!
The proximity to the beach was very enjoyable for morning and evening walks. The house provided all we needed. This place definitely took us to the ocean . Thank-you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful treasure of a home.
It had everything we needed for the beach and hanging out by the ocean. We like to cook 80% of our meals and it had just about everything needed to do so. If it didnt have something specific there was usually a utensil for getting the job done. Could not ask for a better location!
Lovely place for a little getaway. Hosts were easy to communicate with and the space felt very welcoming. Great beach location, a little ways down from the town so less activity/fewer people around. Would stay again!
This is the best location we’ve stayed at so far. Cute, great beach access. Great neighbors. Had everything we needed. Our 2 weeks here flew by. We had a great time!!!
Awesome property for a couple looking for a modest spot on the beach! Walk through the back gate and you are literally 100 yards from the surf! The property has all the standard amenities plus all the toys for the beach (boogie board, surf fishing rod and reels, and beach umbrella and chairs). If you're looking for a modest place to stay on Cocoa Beach, this is definitely the place!
We have stayed here multiple times and will be back. The location is perfect and practically had the beach to ourselves. Made for a very relaxing get away
Loved this place!
Awesome beach getaway for two people. The beach was only a few steps away and not crowded at all. Listing is 100 percent as advertised.
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect. It is right next to the beach access and when we got out there, there was no one else for 100yds each way. It felt like a private beach! There are a couple restaurants close but the majority aren’t within walking distance. If you have a car it’s a short drive to the area with all the shops and restaurants. We didn’t have a car but Uber and Lyft were always available and pretty cheap! Definitely recommend staying at this property!
More residential part of Cocoa Beach. Uncrowded. Lovely beach only a minute or so away, with no streets to cross. The place is small but clean and charming and had everything we needed. Definitely a good deal for the money!

Cocoa Beach stay
This is a small property on a busy street, quite a bit of traffic noise at night and early mornings with the bedroom at the street side. A very short walk to the ocean which was great! The bathroom is small with no exhaust fan and very little counter space. The vanity mirror cabinet would have been adequate storage, but it was full of items. Only two small mirrors in the house so getting ready for a night out was a bit difficult, a full length mirror would be awesome. Central air instead of two window units might be a good investment. All in all it was a good bargain for the cost.
I was looking for a quiet serene location. This was definitely that. Not loud or party type of neighborhood. No bars anywhere. But some nice seafood places and the Taco City of course. The place was very well stocked with what I needed for a few weeks. Beach is right around the corner. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise. Stores are also close. I had a quiet clean place with a lot of room. Nice hot showers. That's a big deal for me. Thanks for everything. Albany NY.
