The Beach side condo

An absolute stunning recent remodel. New everything. Unit features a full kitchen, luxury shower with body sprayers, great Murphy bed which is a huge space saver. Location is fantastic, prime spot to walk across the street to the beach or head a block West to go kayaking or Canoeing into the thousand islands. Kids play ground & more is also less than a block away. Truly a great place in Cocoa beach!
This is a 330 SF Studio with a great use of space. It feels much larger with the well thought out design
Unit has 2 parking spots
Close to park, Beach is across A1A, many restaurants & shops within 4 blocks
Unit is in back of the building. Great Neighbors !
