Discover this charming villa with private pool in Calpe, on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca! The villa can accommodate 6 people and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on one floor for added comfort.



Inside the villa, you will find a living-dining room with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and pool views, creating a cozy environment to relax and enjoy your stay. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a dishwasher and gas stove, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. There is also a second bathroom with a shower for added convenience.



The exterior of the villa is equally charming, with an 8x4 meter pool equipped with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower to cool you off. In addition, you can enjoy outdoor dining thanks to the built-in barbecue. The villa offers parking for two vehicles on the same plot, which is completely enclosed to provide privacy and security.



The location of the villa is convenient, as it is a short distance of only 650 meters from the nearest sandy beach, allowing you to enjoy the sea in the blink of an eye. The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away, making it easy to shop during your stay. In addition, downtown Calpe is 1.6 km away, giving you access to a variety of restaurants and services.



As for additional amenities, the villa offers free WiFi to keep you connected during your stay. Pets up to 12 kg are also allowed with an additional supplement, meaning that your furry companion can also join your vacation on the Costa Blanca.
