Beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bath beach front home located in section 3 of Las Conchas. This single level home offers incredible views of the Sea of Cortez. Kitchen, Living & Dining rooms completely remodeled with expanded patio! All new major appliances! Stunning granite countertops & new furniture throughout! Brand new travertine floors! Master bedroom offers king size bed, private bath & access to the patio. Second bedroom has a king size bed & private bath. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed & 1 swedish bunk w/ a lower full bed & upper twin.
The 4th bedroom & 4th bath is in the Casita which can sleep 4. The bedroom has a queen size bed & there is a sofa sleeper in the living room which also offers views of the ocean! Includes kitchenette.

We love Rocky Point because of it's charm. We have watched it grow from a sleepy fishing town to a bustling tourist attraction.

This beautiful ocean front home has been completely remodeled in 2015 and in addition to the 3 bedroom home has a casita that can be rented out as well for additional guest.
