This beautiful gulf front unit hosted by Coastal Properties, LLC in Orange Beach, Al is available for January and February 2026. Watch and listen to the surf from the master bedroom in this 9th floor condo. This nicely furnished unit has a walk-in tile shower and a granite counter top in the well equipped kitchen. Seaside is family friendly with lower density and more green space than high rise complexes. It is ideally located near a popular hiking and biking trail, an arcade, grocery stores and several fine restaurants. Come relax in our adirondack chairs overlooking the dunes and beach. Our unit is managed by Coastal Properties to provide you with local service if needed.

Quick Beach Getaway

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the elevator went down on the second day. Easy check in process. Convenient to shipping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. All three bedrooms had comfy beds. The entire condo was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for anywhere you wanted to go. The ocean view was so nice. You step off the property and you were on the beautiful beach. I would stay here again for sure. Check in is a little different but nothing terrible.

Beautiful sunny beaches!

Beautiful condo! Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds! We would have given it a 5 star rating, but it was just unfortunate that corridor construction was going on and the indoor pool was closed due to pool repair. The very friendly Coastal Property staff was fair in making it right though.

Roomy condo with a view

It was a very nice week vacation with the family. View is awesome looking right out at the beach and water. Beach was very nice and tons of shells for the kids to search through. Only complaint is there was unexpected construction on the building but that's not anything you can really plan for.

Comfortable beach condo

The condo was very comfortable, clean, with a lovely view. Had plenty of cookware to meet our cooking needs. Minor complaints. They did not provide any additional toilet paper or trash bags, other than the one in the trash can. We had to go buy toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and coffee filters. Those minor things were and inconvenience. Additionally we had to check in at another condo a mile up the road, which in itself wasn’t a big deal, but since we were arriving after hours (7pm) we had to get a form out of a lock box, with the door code on it and then return the next day to just show our DL and return a signed form. Would have been more convenient to leave signed form in the lock box and send a picture of our DL. But it specified not to leave the form in the lock box and that we must return in the morning. But otherwise, the stay was wonderful. There was some construction from 8a-5p on the week days. Sounded like a jack hammer all day. If we had small children that needed to nap, could have been a problem. We just took our naps at the pool and beach! I would recommend this condo and would stay again now that we know we need to bring extra items with us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very comfortable for our vacation - beach view was great even though buildings on both sides limited our view. We did not do a lot of cooking but the kitchen seemed to be well-equipped if a family needed to stay longer and use the facilities. Furniture was large and dated but comfortable. Overall, our experience was nice and we will use Coastal again when we return to Orange Beach. One thing about their rentals that I love is that the beach and pools are easily accessible- no big stairs to have to navigate.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and pretty clean...I noticed the bathroom toilet in master bath needed a cleaning behind it...A saucepan was very scratched up by that I mean the nonstick coating was coming off..didn’t want that in my food..the bed pillows definitely need to be replaced with a little better quality pillow with pillow protector cover then pillow case..the sheets were either too big or too small for the bed they were on snd quality was poor...the view was amazing and overall we had a good time... I would probably go back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club in Unit 5915! The unit was exactly as described. Everything was exactly as described (except there was no hot tub that we could find, but that was definitely not a deal breaker). The beds were comfortable, the AC was cold, the unit was clean, the grounds were immaculate. The view was spectacular. The unit overlooks the beach and is a short walk to the beach. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas on your way to the sand, we did for the week and they were set up with our name on them everyday in the same spot! The only complaint we had was the elevator was super hot, but we never had to wait for the elevator, it was just hot, it needed a fan at the least! We LOVED our stay at Seaside 5915 and will be back!

There was a king sized bedroom, a queen sized bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. Additionally there is a sofa sleeper. The unit could easily sleep 8. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The views from the balcony were amazing. We saw dolphins everyday and the pool was sparkling clean.

Don’t recommend this property

Owners did not communicate once, never told us about check in process & that you have to go to another location to get the keys to the condo. Upon arrival master bedroom toilet was leaking, maintenance took 6 hours to arrive and we were told just turn the water off until tomorrow when he can see if they had the supplies to fix it. Air conditioning was out for the first 2 days. Door key half worked you had to fight with it for a good minute to get it to unlock. Front desk where you had to get the keys (not the seaside front desk) was very rude, every time you had to speak with her. The twin beds sheets had stains on them. The pictures do not show just how close you are to the neighboring balcony literally could touch the people The security of the place was very nice & helpful though The beach view was good! I do not recommend this unit. Stayed July 2022
