Caught in the Sun is a charming new 4 bedroom, 4 and half bath beach house that sleeps 14 with two balconies, and a front covered porch. This house is located in Seacrest Beach tucked between Alys and Rosemary Beach on scenic Hwy. 30-A. The family-oriented haven is overflowing with activities on site, and nearby including the famous 12,000 sq. foot lagoon pool, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, bike rentals & trails, and a general store. Access the free beach tram service to the private deeded beach and relax on the white sandy beaches and cool off in the emerald green waters of South Walton.

This home is the ideal retreat for multiple couples and families featuring an open living room and kitchen area perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is a chef's delight with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless appliances. The large kitchen island provides ample space for prepping delicious meals and additional seating at the bar. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably, plus an addition 4 at the counter and 4 at the card table. The spacious living area has ample seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV provides family entertainment for relaxing after a day of fun in the sun.

Bedroom 1: On the main level, there is a master bedroom with a KING bed and a big, beautiful walk-in shower, dual vanity and walk in closet.

Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms and a separate kid’s TV/Play/Seating area with sleeper sofa.

Bedroom 2: A large master-suite with king bed and easy access to the rear balcony with seating for 4 and lovely nature views. Its luxurious bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double vanities.

Bedroom 3: A roomy bedroom with queen bed and access to the large front balcony. This bedroom has a large closet and private bathroom.

Bedroom 4: The bunk room with beds for up to 8 is a great place for all the kids. This room has 2 double queen bunks that allow for up to 8 guests. The bunk room has its own bathroom and is adjacent to the kid’s TV/Play/Seating area.

All bedrooms have flat screen TV's, spacious closets and en-suite bathrooms.
