Located south (Gulf side) of 30A, gated Villas at Sunset Beach is a 5 minute walk to Rosemary and Alys Beach shops and restaurants. The house sleeps 8 total. First-floor bedroom has 2 Queen Beds with full bath and laundry closet with large capacity front load washer/dryer. Second-floor Master Bedroom has a King Bed and full bath. There is a small, covered balcony off the master bedroom with two Adirondack Chairs. Third-floor "Crows Nest" has two twin beds situated in a built-in "L" shape. Please note: the Crows Nest is an open space (no door) and most suitable for children/teens as there is limited space for luggage, etc.

The second-floor, living/dining area is cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated with a well-appointed kitchen. The French doors off the living room lead to a deck with a patio table and seating for 4. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The island has seating for 4, and the sofa table converts to a table, if needed.

Only 10 of the 34 homes in the community have garage parking. This home has 2 garages. Please note the garage spaces are very tight (7ft 10in wide) you will need to pull your mirrors in, and depending on the length of your vehicle you may have to leave the garage doors up while your vehicle is parked in the garage. The left garage stores beach chairs guests are welcome to use.

This is a gated and guarded community and has a HEATED (seasonally) oceanfront pool.
