The very large second room as two queens and a full bathroom. There is a separate casita which has a queen and full bathroom. The house sleeps 8 in beds. All rooms have walk-in closets. There is a wine refrigerator in the casita and the bar area in the main home. The double doors in the back open to a breathtaking view of a double fairway golf course and surrounding mountains, perfect for relaxing mornings with coffee or evenings taking in the sunset. The newly remodeled backyard has a pool and spa, built in barbecue, fire pit, lounge chairs for relaxing, and sitting area with 2 couches, and a dining table for 8. The kitchen is spacious and has a gas stove. There is a 2 car garage.

I love the desert. I have traveled to La Quinta for several years now as my parents have a home there. I decided to purchase this home so my family and I can enjoy the area and the home and have a chance to visit with my parents more often.
What makes this property unique
To me there is nothing more peaceful than sitting in the backyard watching the sunrise on the perfectly manicured golf course and hearing the birds chirp. The house has morning sun, which is also nice because the afternoons are not as hot.
