Fabulous PGA West Palmer Course Condo

This Champion 4 single level end unit model boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps 6 on the 11th fairway of the Palmer Private Course at PGA West. Stunning views of the golf course from the back patio and mountain views from the front. Condo has been renovated with new paint, new carpet, new furniture, new blinds, new bed linens and a well stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a California King bed, flatscreen HDTV, private patio and an ensuite with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, two sinks and vanity. The second bedroom is also a master with a Queen size bed, flatscreen HDTV and ensuite with a walk in shower. The third bedroom/office has a Queen size bed, flat screen HDTV, DVD player and a desk for those that need to do a little work while on vacation. The third bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom/office. The dining table seats 6 in the dining room. The family room has a wet bar, gas fireplace and flatscreen HDTV. Our home has an indoor laundry room, a gas BBQ on the patio and several fruit trees including grapefruit, orange and lemons (when in season).

For the golf lovers, the home is located on the 11th fairway of the Palmer Private Golf Course in PGA West which has six world class golf courses including three private courses and three public courses.

For pool lovers, the pool and spa are located just steps away from the home.

Our home is very well stocked with DVD's, books, games and suggestions for things to do when visiting the area. Wifi is also included along with Smart TV's where you can connect to your Netflix account.

Great quiet place to stay! Overall the place was clean and had a lot of room for 6 guests. Only complaints were the strict HOA rules and pull out bed in the 3rd bedroom was uncomfortable. Would stay here again.

Most beautiful condo to stay in La Quinta!

This home is absolutely the most wonderful place to stay at the PGA West. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 rooms have their own bathrooms). We had 6 couples and there is plenty of room. It is decorated so beautiful and it is right on the Golf Course! It was perfect for all of us. We hope to stay there again!

We stayed in this townhome all of March 2017. It met our every need. We have rented numerous properties through VRBO and this was by far the best stocked of any. The property is clean and comfortable. We enjoy hiking and the Palm Springs area is great. Another must is a polo match at the Empire Polo Club. Don't hesitate to rent this property if you are looking for a place to stay in the La Quinta/Palm Springs area.

Beautiful area with Big Horn Sheep in the yard daily!! Very cool! Very strict neighborhood. The house needs a deep cleaning. Carpets are dirty and house smells musty. It also needs a good dusting. Otherwise it was clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. You can’t play the golf course or use the pickleball courts.

Hi Judy, I’m sorry if you felt the home was not clean enough for your liking. The house was professionally cleaned before your stay and my cleaners are impeccable. There were a couple of stains on the carpet left by the people who stayed before you. I was unable to get the carpet cleaners there before your stay but did try to clean it as much as I could. We talked several times during your 5 week stay and you never voiced any concern to me. In 5 weeks yes, you will get dust. The desert does get more dust than many other places. I did leave many cleaning supplies which it does not seem you took advantage of during your stay. I’m sorry if you didn’t choose to use the golf courses in PGA West. While the PGA West club is private and not a part of the homeowners association, there are 3 public courses within PGA West, including the Stadium course, Greg Norman Course and Nicklaus Tournament course, plus a public clubhouse and Ernie’s restaurant that is very popular that guests can use. The pickleball courts are part of the private club but there are many public pickleball courts at the city park that you can use. In all of the times we saw each other during your stay you never voiced any of the concerns to me and always said you were having a wonderful time and everything was great so I was surprised to read your review.

Great place to stay for our little golf vacation. The place was nice and clean - perfect for what we needed. Bonus - big horn sheep walking around in the morning along the course and around the houses was really fun to see. Lastly, Bobbi was very quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with.

We enjoyed three nights at Bobbi’s La Quinta condo and everything was perfect. Plenty of room for six of us to spread out. She has everything you need. We also enjoyed being able to BBQ and eat outside looking at the beautiful golf course. Big Horn Sheep stopped by each morning and we really enjoyed watching them- unexpected treat!

We stayed here for my birthday with family and it was amazing!!! The house is perfect, with a fire pit and bbq. The next day we came home from the Living Desert and there were big horn sheep in the backyard to greet us! Our 4 year old was so excited!!! It was the best stay and we would definitely stay again. Great location...great home!

Our family had a wonderful time in this nicely appointed and well maintained property. The view of the golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed relaxing at the table and chairs and fire pit on the back patio. A highlight was watching the bighorn sheep come by each morning. Great Condo

This was a great condo for four of us and a baby. You really feel like you're in Bobbi's home when you stay there as there are many little things that she makes available to guests - a computer, sporting equipment, plenty of toiletries and cleaning supplies, etc. The kitchen was well stocked, which was especially appreciated because we had no issues preparing Thanksgiving dinner. The outside area is small, but plenty to to be able to enjoy some time outside. PGA West is a great place if you want to get away as there are great places to walk, swim, etc.

Vacation in La Quinta

We were extremely pleased with our condo rental as this was our first time in this area of California. We are two Canadian couples visiting to enjoy the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament as well as the gorgeous scenery in this part of California. I would highly recommend this property. Very spacious, clean and we didn't want for anything! Spoke with Bobbi over the phone prior to renting and she was very helpful and accommodating.
