Location is the best thing. House is good. Plenty of rooms. But the beds in the basement need upgrading. We would stay again if fits our schedule.

Great location with everything you want within easy walking distance. Was lovely that we were met at the villa and shown around.Villa itself was adequate for 8 adults, however somewhat dated and in need of some TLC and a good deep clean. The 3 twin rooms are located in the basement with the pool table with no windows, it can get really stuffy and warm. The basement is the only area with air-conditioning which is charged separately. Beds were hard and pillows old and lumpy. Showers were good and powerful but after 3 they are cold. Towels and beach towels were provide which was an added bonus.The complex in which the villa is situated is extremely well kept with lovely gardens throughout. The pool area is clean and well kept with a pool bar and cafe, however the coffee machine and cocktails were not available for the week we stayed.
