This is a pretty new built settlement combining the traditional but same time modern style villas at a unique location just a breath away from Sani Marina where the whole action taking place enjoying privacy and relaxation!
Sani exquisite holiday villa of excellent construction consists of 3 levels, having at down floor one bedroom with closet, a living room with two sofa beds, a bathroom with shower, a storage and a boiler room.
On ground floor there is one bedroom with built-in closets and access to terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with electric stoves and all home appliances, a floor bathroom, and a living room with two sofa beds, AC, Dining room and chimney.
1st floor consists of a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a balcony!
Onsite there are two parking lots, garden with olive and trees, and a 5x12m swimming pool ideal for kids as well!

The villa is fabulous and the facilities amazing. Clean, well supplied, comfortable, spacious. Pool Is cleaned daily. The location is perfect for visiting surrounding areas of Sani, Afytos, Nea Fokaia, and Thessaloniki.

What makes this property unique

SANI offers a long 8 km seashore where you can swim, bike, run, go for snorkeling, fishing or wind-surf. If you feel more adventurous, there are a couple of beach bars in less than 3 km where you could rent jet skis and other sea equipment. Whether you are looking for an organised space to relax while having your coffee/cocktail or whether you are seeking for some solitude by the beach, this place has it all.
You will find supermarkets, bakeries, fish market, gas stations and more only 10' away by car and there are a lot of tavernas (typical greek restaurant) and bars around. The tavernas serve fresh seafood and lots of ouzo.
There are also other villages to visit by car in case you want to explore more. There is ancient Mendi and the Posseidon temple of historical interest, Fourka and Kalithea for nightlife and plenty of bars, Afytos and Kassandrino for a more traditional experience and Porto Valitsa for a romantic drink. Needless to mention that there are a lot of different beaches to visit.
