Easy booking! Swimmingpool! Give an answer if we contact you Some things were not that good Some beds were very bad, the fan in the living room didnt work. The fuse box had every day a problem ( no electricity), the lights in the garden didnt work. One tennis racket was broke. Just one remote control for the door and not knowing how to open it in another way…

We had a really nice holiday in this house. The house is really big, more them enough space fot all of use. The pool was clean and had a great temperature. All bedrooms have airconditioning. The contact with Fidalsa was very quick, they answered my emails and WhatsApp massages most of the times within a hour. We would definately recommed this house! 1 bathroom didn't have warm water. But because of the outside temperature (warm) that wasn't a big problem for us.

Amazing Villa

We have just had an amazing stay at this villa the property is everything that it says on the listing We are a family of 13 ranging in age from 64 to 6 months and the host catered for everyone. We would highly recommend staying here and would return again in the future Although it is a little remote we still had evenings out at the marina in Santa Pola and the walk being 30 mins or so was not too bad at all even in the heat Definitely a 5 star property

Disgusting disgraceful and dangerous

This place is absolutely disgusting and nowhere near like what it looks in the photos, we had 3 power cuts and potentially life threatening to one of the children we had with us as he needs power to take his medication. 14 hours without power we were locked in the villa as couldn’t get out the electric gates with very little water left and phone batteries on their last legs. I relayed all this information to the host who proceeded to completely ignore us. Completely filthy and nowhere near worth the money. I wouldn’t stay again if it was free. Absolutely disgusting treatment of guests

Worth a visit

Arrived in the dark & struggled to open the electric gate – fob in the key safe! The 24-hour WhatsApp didn’t respond for 12-hrs. Villa lovely, although had major issues - electricity blew multiple times/day for 5 days first week. No response from WhatsApp (no number to call) - host was quick with emails. Said to reset meters but wouldn’t work. One night, this stopped working & had electricity only for fridges & fans (few worked). No air con in August was uncomfortable. Asked for additional fans - never came. After several asks, host sent an electrician who said we shouldn’t be flicking fuses on so often & said we were lucky not to have had a fire! Replaced box & we no problems for the rest of the stay. Large utility room & 2nd fridge freezer. Lots of supplies in kitchen, filtered tap & bottle of Rioja from the hosts. No oven gloves & one blunt knife. High spec villa; few scuffed walls & outside garden lights don’t work. No cleaner in 15 days stay & requested extra pool cleans as quickly turned murky. White clothes turned yellow. Pool temperature was great. Need taxis or hire car to get around as it is a decent walk into Santa Pola. Tried to book taxi - contacted 5 firms, none recognised address or had cars free. Uber – no chance! Lots of mosquitos & wasps – don’t walk on the grass in bare feet! Recycling & waste bins close to the villa - take all your own rubbish as there is not a collection.

Verouderde woning

Ons verblijf was gezellig maar dan vooral omdat dat was met mijn gezin dat van mijn broer en van onze ouders. was een verrassing voor de ouders. Helaas moeten vaststellen dat alhoewel ons werd gezegd dat er voorzieningen waren voor 23 personen (waren zelf met 12 dat er slechts 8 handdoeken aanwezig waren. ook waren er meerdere keukentoestellen defect, (dampkap, broodrooster, licht keuken alsook geen geschikte tafel voor 12 personen aanwezig)) Ook was het zwembad zeer vuil. Matrassen bedden waren ronduit slecht. we waren er slechts 5 volle dagen en na dag 3 alles pas opgelost. Dat is enorm jammer want heel veel gebeld en sms sen gestuurd met Fidalsa. Maniana is echt wel paar dagen later in Spanje. dit huis heeft zeker potentie maar zal dan wel beter verzorgd moeten worden, zeker onderhuid en binnenshuis.

Schlechte Kommunikation

Die Villa war größtenteils sauber und die Lage war gut. Jedoch gab es bei der Kaution sehr große Schwierigkeiten wegen der Zahlungsmethoden. Der größte Punkt dabei war die Kommunikation, da die Mitarbeiter nur schlecht englisch konnten und das Problem nicht verstanden haben.

Hemos pasado unos días preciosos en familia, la villa es preciosa y tiene de todo para no aburrirte ni un minuto, a pesar de ser diciembre hasta los más jóvenes se bañaron en la piscina ya que hicieron unos días espectaculares.

Fabulous Family holiday with the most amazing pool

Stayed at the villa with 16 family members covering 3 generations. Found the villa to be wonderfully spacious all amenities worked and the tennis court and swimming pool were thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend a vehicle as it's a little far from town. We would love to visit here and stay at this villa again. Communication with the host was very good and they arranged for travel cots and highchairs for us.
