We are seeking an off season renter for our beautiful home and/or a two week rental for this upcoming summer. It is centrally located between East Hampton and Amagansett within walking and biking distance to the popular John McEnroe Sportime tennis club (open through October and again in April), the East Hampton Youth Park, both towns, and gorgeous ocean beaches. This is our weekend home so it has every amenity you would want, comfortable beds, plush towels, at least 10 well maintained bikes of assorted sizes, boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, two large W/D sets, plus everything in the kitchen from an ice cream maker to a vitamix. It is ideal for the off season as it offers many indoor activities, too, including a Kettler ping pong table, pop a shot game, foosball table, and every imaginable board game (seriously!). Check your calendars as there are many long weekends this fall and lots to do in the Hamptons!
OFF SEASON AVAILABILITY:
From September 12th-May 23rd. Three night minimum in off season but preference for renter for full off season or one month rental. We can make a deal as we will rarely be able to use it.
SUMMER AVAILABILITY:
From May 23, 2025 to September 11, 2025. Ten day minimum, preference to a two week rental.
DESCRIPTION:
The 5 bed / 5.5 ba house is approx. 4,400 square feet, including the 1,700 finished basement with high ceilings and window wells. We will not consider hosting any parties or weddings at our home and we do not rent to more than four unrelated adults, NO EXEMPTIONS, not for a girls’ trip or a cousin reunion, it is illegal per the East Hampton Registry code. Please send inquiry first (not request to book) to determine whether we can be a good fit.
The large, flat property has a fenced heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day) additionally the fully fenced backyard has been landscaped to limit ticks, it is regularly sprayed, there are few bushes, and short grass. We have two dogs and three children running through it daily and rarely find a tick on any of them. Additionally there is an expansive outdoor deck with outdoor dining table seating up to eight plus lounge chairs, lounge seating area, outdoor umbrellas, an outdoor shower (closed Nov-mid April), and a Weber Summit BBQ.
The upstairs features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On one side of the hallway is a master bedroom and guest bedroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with private toilet area and shower, and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The two bedrooms on other side of hallway are set up for kids and between them have seven twin beds (there is a bunk bed in one bedroom), each bedroom has a closet and they share a jack-and-jill bathroom. All upstairs bedrooms have both privacy shades and black-out shades.
The ground floor has an open plan kitchen / living room / dining room with two sets of sliding doors to the deck. There is also a den (formerly the primary bedroom) with TV that has sliding doors to the deck, a large luxe en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower and a bathtub. There is also a powder room off the foyer.
And the light-filled basement has a large bedroom with king bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. Additionally the basement has a TV/movie room with 143" couch, and a large open playspace with a soccer goal, full size Kettler ping pong table, and Pop-a-shot basketball game.
