Manhattan Shores #5 is the combo of the downstairs Manhattan Shores #2 and the upstairs Manhattan Shores #3 unit. This is perfect for two families that want to be close to each other while still having their own private areas.
The downstairs unit consists of 2 bedrooms, one room with a king bed and the other with two twin beds, and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs has three bedrooms, a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, a room with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, as well as a full guest bathroom. Both units come with their own washer and dryer, full kitchen, living room with sofa sleeper in the upstairs unit and 3 parking spaces total.
If you still need more room then right across the walk way is a one bedroom, one bath called Manhattan Shores #1B.
Just off the main living room of the downstairs unit, enjoy your own private outdoor space that features new lounge sofa seating, outdoor table and chairs
