Whether you are looking for a place to stay for a weekend away, a summer holiday or a festive break, the Hopecliffe is the perfect place. The apartment is situated a 2-minute walk away from the stunning Filey Beach, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, friendly bars and pubs right on your doorstep. A number of supermarkets are located close for you to also take advantage of a extremely well equipped bespoke open plan kitchen provided at The Hopecliffe.

On entering through a private doorway to The Hopecliffe, you are greeted with a premium, open-plan, kitchen/dining space plenty big enough for 10 adults, leading out onto a spacious, outdoor terrace area...perfect for alfresco dining, BBQ's and drinks with family and friends.

To relax after a day in the sea air, the living room provides a large chesterfield sofa with a blend of two other contemporary leather settees and modern interior, complete with a side sea view from the large bay window. Relax and enjoy the large the 52 in. 4k tv and free wifi. We also have a Netflix account for each smart TV, so use as much as you like!

The feature staircase leads to 4 well designed, comfortable bedrooms. A family room with a double and two single beds. Two further double rooms (one with a 4ft double bed) and another with bunk beds. The Hopecliffe caters for couples, families and friends of all ages.

Excellent property

This property is perfect for a large family group. The flat is well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal for the beach, park, shops and bars. Communication with the owner os excellent. The Welcome Package was a thoughtful and lovely treat. No problem finding free parking close by.

Perfect family accommodation

This is a good sized property with plenty of space for everyone to sit together in the lounge and dining kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and more. The property was warm and there was enough hot water for everyone to bathe or shower. The downstairs toilet was a bonus too. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, parks, restaurants shops and supermarket.

Costa Dell Filey

Lovely property in an ideal location, literally a stones throw from the beach. Plenty of room for the 5 adults and 5 children and even a BBQ! The host Kay was super and made the break all the more enjoyable letting us check in early and out late and answered all our questions before and during the stay We would recommend to anyone to stay at this lovely property in a great location.

A home from home

We had the most wonderful stay at Hopecliffe. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large group to stay. We were really touched by the personal welcoming we received with a message on a chalkboard and some treats for the adults and the kids. I could not rate the accommodation any higher as it was absolutely perfect for adults and kids. It was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very friendly and understanding when we had to contact them after stupidly locking ourselves out (don’t ask how 4 adults manage to do that, but somehow we did). It really was a home from home and a lot of thought really does go into making it suitable for all. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for letting us stay Kay and Howard.

Spotlessly clean. Extremely well equipped. Very well located (bit noisy boxing day evening when pubs closed) however it's location was superb. 2 min walk to beach. Very comfortable and warm. Lovely balcony area. Kay is a fabulous host. Nothing too much trouble.

Amazing Property

This property is so impressive from the moment you walk through the door. It has everything you would possible need, large kitchen, large lounge and beautiful bedrooms. We had 6 adults a 3 year old, pet dogs in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property is in an ideal place close to the beach, town and everything that we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend it and will hopefully be returning for another family holiday

Splendid staycation in Filey

The apartment was exactly as advertised: tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The well equipped kitchen was perfect for pleasant family meals. We enjoyed the walk from the apartment down to the beach and the ice cream at seaside shops, one of which even provided a dairy free option, ideal for our teen with a dairy allergy. Visitors should be warned it is accessed by a precipitous slope with a helpful handrail. Our only problem was that we couldn't empty our bins as the outside bins were full and there were no separate bins for food waste (Filey council take note). This , of course was not the fault of the owner. We had a lovely relaxing holiday, blessed by sunny weather and highly recommend this apartment to future staycationers.

An amazing home from home

This apartment was spotlessly clean and is fabulous! This kitchen is amazing and has all the space to sit around together. We didn’t get chance to use the balcony area but it would’ve been lovely if the great British weather didn’t have its way. We wouldn’t hesitate in coming back. Fab place

This is a wonderful place to stay in Filey, it is in an ideal position. The apartment is amazing so tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you could possibly want. It was spotlessly clean. My daughter said she could definitely live there! We had a range of ages from 11 to 72 and everyone enjoyed and loved the place. The owner was quick to reply to any messages before the trip and so organised we didn’t need to contact during the visit. Although I don’t suspect this would have been a problem if we had needed to. Filey itself is a lovely quaint place very clean and lovely beach.
