CONVERTED FROM THE OLD HAY LOFT IT HAS VAULTED CEILINGS AND EXPOSED BEAMS AND IS ST IN LOVELY GARDENS.

IDEAL FOR A FAMILY OR GROUP OF 4 OR A COUPLE WANTING LOVELY ACCOMMODATION IN NICE GARDENS IN A SEMI RURAL LOCATION

THERE IS A LARGE DOUBLE ROOM WITH KING SIZE BED AND ANOTHER WITH FULL SIZE TWIN BEDS. BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE FLAT SCREEN TV 'S .

THERE IS A HOUSE BATHROOM WITH BATH AND SHOWER OVER.

DOWNSTAIRS IS OPEN PLAN WITH HARDWOOD FLOORS TOGETHER WITH FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN WITH DISHWASHER AND A DOWNSTAIRS CLOAKROOM.

THE LOUNGE AREA HAS LEATHER SOFAS AND LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV AND DOOR TO THE OUTSIDE GARDEN AND PATIO AREA

THE COTTAGE IS CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF FILEY WITH ITS RESTAURANTS AND THE LOVELY BEACH IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE YET SET IN A SEMI RURAL LOCATION.

A REAL BONUS TO MANY IS THE AMPLE PARKING DIRECTLY OUTSIDE THE COTTAGE NO SEARCHING FOR A PARKING PLACE WHEN RETURNING HOME AFTER A BUSY DAY EXPLORING

THE COTTAGE OFFERS GREAT VALUE COMPARED TO THOSE ON SOME OF THE NEARBY LARGE ACCOMMODATION SITES

THEY PROVIDE LOVELY ACCOMMODATION AND THEIR POSITION ON THE OUTSKIRTS OF THE TOWN ALLOW WALKING ACCESS TO ALL OF THE TOWNS FACILITIES AND BEACH WHILST BEING IN A RURAL LOCATION
