Beautiful 1 bedroom penthouse, living room, kitchen, bathroom, elevator and Wi-Fi.
Recently built, it has a 12 m² terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the fishing village of Carboneras. Located in a quiet area of ​​the town, 250 m from the beach and 3 min walk from supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and the center of town.
It is very cozy and comfortable, it has a large bedroom with 2 beds, a large closet and ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator and freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, sanveiner, washing machine and complete crockery.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo con mi marido e hija en este ático y como era de esperara ha sido de 10. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia super agradable y desde luego lo que no tiene precio es la terraza, es una maravilla. vistas al mar, pero todo cuesta arriba o cuesta abajo daba panico aparcar parecia que te caias dire

bien la casa limpia y acogedora, ascensor muy pequeño, pero al menos habia, zona complicada para aparcar , la tele no se veia, pero bueno hemos tenido unos dias magnificos , porque en Madrid estaban a 0 o menos 1, nosotros a 18 o 20, el pueblo me gusto bastante, se come bien y barato.

Apartamento perfecto para 2. Desayunar en la terraza mirando al mar desde arriba es perfecto para empezar el día. Todo limpio, no he echado en falta nada. Una vez q conoces un poco las calles, es fácil llegar y sin problemas de aparcamiento. En coche al paseo marítimo son 2 minutos. Perfectamente situado si quieres hacer rutas por playa los muertos, Aguamarga o Mojácar y Garrucha. Recomendado 100%

El ático es muy acogedor. Lo puedes vislumbrar a través de las fotos, que son un exacto reflejo de como es. Su terraza brinda una vistas preciosas al mar. Para una pareja es una estancia ideal. Dispone de un buen equipamiento e incluso radiadores de calefacción. Nosotros que fuimos en diciembre fue una grata sorpresa y un gran valor añadido. Nos encantó y repitiriamos seguro.

Bueno que decir de esa terraza con vistas al mar, sin palabras, un placer! Estuvimos con mi esposa fuera de temporada o sea que la paz y el silencio ejercen un efecto relajante que no tiene precio, al menos para quienes disfrutan de ello. Todo funciona muy bien y tiene todo lo necesario y mas para pasar unos días memorables, muy recomendable, nosotros pensamos repetir mas adelante. Cary es un encanto de persona y siempre atenta a todo. saludos

Apartment very good but up a steep hill and quite a long way from town centre.

The apartment was exactly as described. It was very good and by itself would merit either 4 or 5 stars. However it was right in the residential area, up a steep slope, and almost as far from the town centre as you could be. For us pensioners, it was difficult. You would never find the apartment by yourself without ringing the property manager. We were lucky that the local fiesta was going on from June 9 until June 13 so had plenty of entertainment, its on every year so could be worth a note in the diary.

Precioso ático,con una gran terraza y vista espectacular.. Esta un poco alto, para ir a la playa hay una considerable cuesta. El ático esta muy bien equipado. Le echaría en falta que tuviera aire acondicionado. Los dos primeros días hizo mucho calor y con los ventiladores no es suficiente. De todos modos hemos pasado unos muy buenos días. Repetiria
