The heated pool and hot tub area includes an exercise room, weights, treadmills, etc. with a glass wall that faces the pool and Bay. Private covered and secure parking. The kitchen has granite counter tops with breakfast island with stools. A large laundry room with laundry sink. A locked up storage room in garage area

The master suite has a king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a king-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
all bedrooms have new flat screen TVs, livingroom & master bedroom have smart TVs

Besides the marina, it includes three restaurants (seafood and Italian) for indoor/outdoor dining, fifth ave coffee shop, Ricks Island Day Spa, Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop.

Great location and nice condo

Marcos Island Paradise!!

Esplanade Condo was an AMAZING vacation for us!! Lots to do walking distance and short drives to entertainment as well! I would definitely do that same place and Condo again!! I highly recommend it!!

Perfect Getaway

We just spent an amazing month in Richard’s awesome condo! As beautiful as the pictures were, real life was even better! The location was great and we were able to walk to restaurants, supermarket, Wednesday farmers markets and the beach! Richard was always available to answer any question. Hoping to vacation here again in the future!

Our stay at the esplanade

The condo we stayed at at the Esplanade in Marco Island was exceptional. The view, the access, the amenities were all exactly what we were looking for. The condo itself was very well appointed and just lovely. We had an amazing time on our vacation and are planning to return next year. Thank you Richard!

Best Vacation

Best condo we have ever stayed at so far. Condo was clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. We did have a lot of noise at a restaurant being remodeled close by, but nothing the owner would have any control over. Very nice location at Marco Island.

Vacation Fall 2024

Property easily accessible from RSW. Food store, pharmacy, restaurants, and liquor store all within walkng distance. Noise level was high a few days due to dock work being done, condo renovations, and ground maintenance. Weather was beautiful.

A great vacation, and the rental made it that way!

The rental was superb the pictures don't do it justice. It is well kept and clean and has all the little amenities you don't even think of that make the stay more fun. Its above two restaurants but it is not loud at all. There is ample parking and a great view of the bay. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great stay at Esplanade.

Fun stay in Rich's condo with my wife, our daughters and my parents. Setup was great with easy access to food, drinks, ice cream and views of the marina. Had one question for Rich and he took care of it immediately. Lots of extra amenities provided to save money and time by not having to shop for them. Great host, thank you!

Absolutely perfect!

What an incredible first family vacation we had! We brought our 6mo son and both sets of grandparents also joined for a couple days too. The condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything we could have asked for, and Richard was great to work with - excellent, clear communication and planning. Especially because we had our son with us, it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere... the pool, CJs (we went 3 times! Great food!), the farmer’s market (a must-do on Wednesday mornings), and the supermarket... and much more! We also easily drove 10mins to the Marriott for dinner, lunch, and the beach - breathtakingly perfect. We are already talking about making this an annual vacation! Thank you, Mr. Burns!

Location Location Location.

Fabulous location and no need for a car because you can walk to everything you want also the unit had everything you could possibly need. The mattress were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group of six. Finally the views were outstanding and I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Great Stay!

The condo was in a perfect location for us as we brought our boat and rented a short term slip at the marina located on site. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 6 and was super well stocked and walking distance to the grocery store. We would love to stay again when visiting Marco Island!

Very Nice Waterfronts Condo

This condo came equipped with everything needed to enjoy Marco Island. For starters, the condo is as clean as any property that I have rented. It is also very well furnished, with comfortable beds, plenty of space for our family of five, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great location overlooking the Esplanade marina. Needless to say, the condo also came with plenty of beach towels and, plenty of bath towels, and they even have two bikes to be used during your stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable and roomy

This unit was exactly as described and pictured. We have a great time. It had an excellent view of the bay and a nice circular bar and restaurants on site. We especially liked Mangos Restaurant. Bikes were included with the rental which we used to check out the island. We also love Naples which is only about a half hour drive from Marco. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to return someday ourselves.
