Besonders nachts sollte man gut aufpassen, wo man hintritt. Dieses kommunale Problem hat aber nichts mit der Ferienwohnung an und für sich zu tun.
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.

Cozy, clean, private, and beautiful
I had an excellent stay. The apartment is located in the medieval heart of Castiglion Fiorentino, close to amazing food, coffee, shops, and historical sites. It is incredibly clean and equipped with every comfort a person would need, including a small washer. Truly a home away from home. I loved it. And great customer service to boot! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat...and hope to before too long. Thanks!

Coziest home away from home!
I absolutely loved staying in this sweet apartment in Castiglion Fiorentino (CF). My friend and I were traveling on holiday and planned to spend most of our time in Florence, but upon arriving in CF we fell in love instantly and ended up spending most of our time there. Not only did we feel cozy and at home in this beautiful apartment, we felt at home in this city. The locals make you feel like you're one of them! The hosts' were more than helpful when it came to directions/suggestions/etc. especially since this was our first time in Italy. If you're looking for a perfect apartment in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, this is what you're looking for. Can't wait to return- and would recommend this apartment to anyone/everyone!

Absolutely charming
A lovely modern apartment nestled in the winding alleys of the old town. This is a perfect spot as a base to explore Tuscany and the town itself. Amanda and Kristen were very professional and easy to deal with, we will definitely stay here again when we return to Tuscany

Lovely appartment in the old center of Castiglion Fiorentino
We had a very warm welcome by Kristina and her daughter.
A nice appartment with sunny terras. We were lucky to be the only renters, so all the outside space was ours. The small town is lovely and the authentic bakery is next door. Lively but not too touristic. The carpark is downhill a few hundred meters away. The countryside is lovely and good restaurants are abundant as usual in Italy.
We slept very well in the king-size bed.

Cozy, convenient, clean, comfortable, and charming
What a great little town with the perfect apartment! The apartment was located within the medieval walls literally a 2 minute walk from a handful of very tasty restaurants and coffee shops, Etruscan ruins, and the town square. With all of that convenience it was still quiet. The quaint garden terrace was perfect for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The apartment was clean, the bed comfortable, and the place just "felt good". Once more, it was a cozy spot in a warm little town. I'll be back!!!

Amazing quaint townhome in charming Tuscan village
We loved staying in this beautifully renovated townhome located in the heart of Castiglionni Fiorentino. It is within walking distance of everything in the town. The Garden was a favorite destination for our family with great food and beautiful surroundings. The house has all the modern amenities you could hope for but still has the all the charm of Tuscany. We loved our stay and found everything we needed was readily available! I would highly recommend a visit to this wonderful location!

About the host
Hosted by Amanda and Adriano
Hi there! This is our story.... Amanda: While I was attending Texas A&M, a family friend and professor told my parents about the study abroad program in Castiglion Fiorentino. I did not want to go, but my grandmother thought I should, so I did. It changed my life! After graduation, I returned to Castiglion and planned to stay for 2 years. It turned into 20+years! During that time, I met Adriano. We worked together at a local pub and ended up getting married in 2001. We bought this apartment in the center of town and we just loved being at the heart of everything. Adriano: Hi I am Adriano. I was born and raised in a little Etruscan village in the outskirts of Arezzo called Bagnoro. When I met Amanda, the love of my life, I was bartending at a pub in Castiglion Fiorentino, “The Velvet Underground”. At that time I was in nursing school I was still playing football (soccer) and I was dying to see the world! I had no idea that this encounter would have been such a game changer for the both of us. I love football but I enjoying playing any kind of sport. Running, tennis, mountain biking, hiking and swimming (at the beach). During these past years, I have done all kinds of activities from starting, managing, and running restaurants and bars, producing events, working in every field of an emergency setting, coaching youth soccer, moving to Texas, as well as putting together “La Casa di Amanda”…last but not least raising my two children, Lola and Ross. The best part of having guests at La Casa di Amanda is meeting and connecting with people from all over the world, giving them the best Italian experience so maybe one day I will be their guest in their country! We bought this house in Via San Michele at the beginning of the millennium after seeing probably 200 other houses. We fell in love with the layout, the outside space and the incredible location. Now, we want to share it with you… ……….
