PROVENCAL FAMILY HOME IN STONE WITH SWIMMING POOL

Located just 8 minutes from the famous Roman city of Orange with its Theater Antique, 3 minutes from the medieval village of Caderousse, and 20 km from Avignon with its festival, this family stone house on 3500 m² of land will charm you . On the border between Vaucluse, Gard and Ardèche, the region is rich in heritage and discovery activities.
You will have a pleasant setting on a spacious ground and without opposite. Several garden lounges will allow you to take your meals either on the terrace or under the acacias or at the edge of the fenced pool. The paving of the pool is travertine stone. Sun loungers and parasols will also be at your disposal for your comfort.

A deposit of 1000 € will be paid on arrival, returned to your departure if no deterioration is to be deplored.

A perfect stay

We spent a perfect week at les Cabanes, Caderousse. It was all we hoped for: a perfect house with all facilities available, we did not miss anything. Both inside and outside there is space for all family members to spend the holiday relaxed. We were received very warmly and had pleasant contact with our hosts.

Beautiful holidays in Caderousse

We had a great week in Caderousse. The house is large, beautifully furnished and lacks nothing. Anne-Line and Patrick are warm hosts and are quick to help if something is missing or broken. The pool is also great. Our children especially enjoyed it very much. The location of the house is ideal for excursions to many sights.

Superbe séjour dans ce petit paradis !

Nous avons passé 15 jours idylliques dans ce petit coin de paradis. Tout y est, le calme, la verdure, la piscine privative, un vaste intérieur bien agencé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la climatisation (silencieuse !!) et des moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour qui souhaiterait dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Sans oublier bien évidement les indispensables cigales pour un bel et véritable été. Les propriétaires très sympathiques sont très discrets mais très réactifs pour toute demande. La région est superbe (pont du Gard) et les visites de cave sont à recommander. Indéniablement, cette location fait partie des meilleures qu’il nous a été donné de louer. Un véritable coup de coeur !

Maison avec espace piscine très agréable et très propre.

Vacances en Famille très agréables et reposantes dans une maison Provençale très propre et bien équipée.La Villa est climatisée sur les 2 étages.L'espace piscine est sécurisé pour les enfants, l'entretien est journalier avec une eau limpide et une filtration de qualité.La terasse est bien ombragée pour les repas.Un lit bébé avec matelas est disponible.Le parking est sécurisé dans la propriété pour 2 voitures.Les propriétaires Anne Line et Patrick sont sympathiques et discrets. Nous recommandons cette propriété.

Extended family on holiday in villa with pool.

Lovely villa with nice pool, not too far from lots of things to see and do. Owners very hospitable. To note - 1000 euro refundable deposit in case of damages, plus 250 euro non refundable cleaning fee.

Belle Maison idéalement située

La belle maison avec ces nombreuses terrasses offre à chaque rèsident le confort et la tranquillité nécessaire afin de passer de bonnes vacances. Elle est très bien située pour rendre visite aux endroits comme Orange, Château Neuf du Pape et Avignon. La maison est plus que bien équipée, il n’y a vraiment rien qui manque ! L’air conditionné est partout et fonctionne à merveille. La maison est « Spic et Span »! Les parking de voitures se trouvent sur la propriété fermée par une grille. Petite remarque : la maison n’est pas relié à l’eau de ville, elle reçoit l’eau d’un forage profond (controlé et consommable). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les hôtes Anne-Line et Patrick, qui logent discrètement sur la même propriété et qui sont toujours disponibles à répondre à chaque question. Nous les remercions encore une fois de nous avoir accueillis dans leurs maison.

Maison idéale pour des vacances en famille

La maison est magnifique, spacieuse, son intérieur de qualité meublé avec goût et amour pour le détail. Tout est d'une propreté impeccable! La maison est climatisée, un vrai bonheur en cette période caniculaire. L'espace extérieur est très soigné et offre plusieurs coins ombragés pour se détendre sous les oliviers. La piscine est nettoyée tous les matins, d'où une utilisation possible dès 10h env. Les hôtes, très sympathiques et discrets, habitent à côté de la maison, mais cela est à peine perceptible! Votre sphère privée est garantie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Très belle maison située à proximité d’un village provençal authentique et au centre d’une riche région touristique. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui veillent au bien être de leurs locataires. Maison spacieuse et très bien équipée où on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Très bon emplacement pour visiter la Provence avec une grande famille avec plein d’équipements

Séjour très agréable où tous les équipements sont à disposition. De belles pièces de vie, de jolies chambres, toutes climatisées, une superbe terrasse abritée encadrant toute la maison permettant de manger en extérieur même en temps de pluie (nous avons eu la chance de n’avoir qu’une seule journée sur 2 semaines 😊) De plus, les propriétaires sont très facilement disponibles pour vous informer si besoin. Nous avons pu profiter de la Provence et de l’Ardèche étant parfaitement bien placés ! Maison où l’on se sent en sécurité tout en bénéficiant d’espaces extérieurs assez grands ainsi que d’un hamac pour lire 😉. Nous recommandons ce lieu avec grand plaisir

Magnifique maison très bien entretenue et propre.

Nous avons été très bien reçus et avons passé un excellent séjour. Les nombreuses possibilités des extérieurs (terrasses et coins repas) bien aménagés et ombragés ont été très appréciées tout au long de nos vacances. Belle propriété !

Magnifique propriété avec piscine clôturée et sécurisée par une alarme. Elle est propre, bien entretenue, très fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires présents sur la propriété dans le local attenant à la maison (ancien garage) étaient discrets et sympathiques. Nous étions 2 couples d'amis avec 4 enfants de 5 et 3 ans. Les enfants se sont régalés d'avoir leur coin enfants à l'étage. A dispo des jeux, des livres, des dvd. A l'extérieur un espace vert, une balançoire. A revoir en revanche pour le nid de guêpes qui a été derangeant pendant tout le séjour et qui semblait être récurrent.

Excellente maison

Une très belle maison, très bien équipée, très confortable. La piscine clôturée est parfaite pour 8 personnes et l'extérieur se prête bien au jeu pour les enfants avec la balançoire et pour le bronzage pour les parents. A l'intérieur la cuisine est bien équipée, les matelas confortables, la climatisation dans toutes les chambres qui permet vraiment de se reposer la nuit. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et très réactifs pour n'importe quelle demande, ce qui est très appréciable. Pour la localisation, c'est assez pratique car proche de Caderousse (10 min en vélo prêtés par les propriétaires), 10 min d'Orange, 40 min du Pont du Gard ou d'Avignon. Bref, je recommande vivement.

Maison de charme

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite dans cette maison en juillet 2020 avec notre famille (3 adultes + 4 adolescents). La maison est très propre et décorée avec goût. Elle est bien située et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles si nécessaire. Anne-Line est venue nous chercher parce que la maison n'était pas évident à trouver :) Merci Anne-Line et Patrick pour votre acceuil et sympathie et la surprise que nous avons reçue ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille et avec des amis, propriété très bien entretenue avec beaucoup de charme, extrêmement propre et bien équipée. La maison correspond tout à fait aux descriptions et est très fonctionnelle, rien n'y manque. Les propriétaires, discrets, restent néanmoins attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour , serviables et d'une gentillesse appréciable. Les petites attentions sont fort sympathiques : surprise à l'arrivée, lits faits, nettoyage journalier de la piscine,... Bref, vous ne serez pas déçus par votre séjour dans cette belle villa !

Superbe séjour dans une maison très agréable avec tout le confort de chez soi ( panier de bienvenue, jeux pour enfants, barbecue, cuisine complète ...) Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants.
