Wonderful

Lovely flat with plenty space for our family of five. Very clean and brilliant location, literally a minute to the sea front and not more than five to town or the majority of local amenities/attractions. The pool was perfect size, warm and clean. We all had a fantastic holiday here, great value and would recommend to anyone seeking a holiday in South Devon. We'll almost certainly be coming back here.

Great apartment perfect location

We had a brilliant stay in the apartment as a family of 4. It is located central to everything around Paignton so we were pleased to be able to walk everywhere. The apartment is on a small complex set around a lovely warm pool and well kept garden it has a large bedroom which was ample for us without crowded, a very comfy double bed and kids in the bunk beds slept well. The bathroom was very clean, with a useful large towel radiator and hooks for drying swimming & beach stuff. There was everything we needed in the kitchen/lounge area, and helpfully washing up liquid, sponges, milk and tea coffee for use. We would definitely recommend the place we loved the beach theme decor and the kids loved the lighthouse shoe storage! Very clean and homely, all communication with the owner was easy.. Will definitely be booking again!!
