Lees Holiday Chalet
Completely refurbished this year new kitchen and bathroom.
This lovely 2 bedroom chalet has a well equipped new kitchen and very comfortable accommodation. An ideal base for your holiday in the South Hams area of South Devon. This chalet is situated at Norton Park just outside the fabulous naval town of Dartmouth.
The town centre and the Dart Harbour, are a few minutes drive away and can be reached by bus, there is an hourly service from the park into town.

The chalet also benefits from being very close to the Dartmouth Golf and Country Club where there are leisure and pool facilities, a restaurant and of course, a fantastic golf course.

If you are having a family holiday then a visit to Woodlands leisure park, less than a mile away is a great day out.

The South Hams is a region of Outstanding Natural Beauty, encompassing the edges of Dartmoor National Park to the north and one of the UK s most beautiful stretches of coastline to the south. The moors, rivers, estuaries, beaches and coastline offer stunning scenery and wildlife to enjoy whilst walking, sailing, kayaking, windsurfing and cycling.

There are excellent award winning beaches nearby. You will find a coastal path and picturesque villages, This really is an ideal location for visiting the South Hams area.

Wonderful stay

The chalet was well situated with a bus stop on main road. Buses ran hourly.The grounds outside the chalet are safe for children to play. Well equipped and very comfy.

Lovely Place go stay

The property was clean and tidy,it had everything you needed for a lovely holiday, plenty of parking,nice to have towels supplied, and hand soap,washing up liquid,it all helps 😀 definitely would stay there again.

We would not visit Dartmouth again due to the difficulty parking. The Park and Ride was a nightmare, we cannot believe that cards were not acceptable and the parking app was problematic. In the chalet the seating opposite the TV was extremely uncomfortable. We would have appreciated instructions on how to work the electric oven as we are used to gas cooking. Otherwise very well equipped.

Perfectly equipped and clean place

Stay was lovely despite weather, only downside was meter reading which need to be paid additionally and only takes £1 coins which was bit surprize and extra cost expecially when heaters needed to be on, as well as wifi in 21 century ia expected to be everywhere now days. Otherwise huge thank for such lovely and genuinly very clean cute place. All equipment was workig well, highly recomended to stay!!! Thank you again

Sehr schön und entspannend

Das Häuschen war absolut angemessen für vier Personen, prima ausgestattet, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Man sieht es auf dem Foto nicht, aber es gibt Grünflächen, auch mit Baumbestand, so dass man auch draußen ganz gut sitzen kann. Zwei Campingstühle sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima, um die Umgebung zu erkunden; Städtchen, Strand, Klippenwanderung alles gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!

First time we have stayed on ab&b so didn't know what to expect.

The location was good and the details provided by the owner including contact details was very helpful. I would say the property was ideal for 2 people even though accommodation for 4 which would be but cramped. The only thing I would say it needs good TV aerial as not getting good TV reception and you need this when can't go out luckily we had our laptop that could connect using our mobile phone.

End of summer in Dartmouth

Excelent challet on a quiet site within 10 minutes drive of picturesque Dartmouth. Can't fault it apart from lack of WiFi.

Great base, but dated and dirty 😩

Slight issue with check in but resolved pretty quickly. On checking in it was apparent that no cleaner had been in at all. Kitchen utensils and cooker covered in old grease, the kitchen table dusty, laminate flooring was dirty and there was a rather musty smell lingering so was obviously very damp. Also had a few visits from woodlouse. Location fantastic and would stay again if it was cleaned properly.

Nice property

Enjoyed staying at the property had everything we need in a great area as we wanted to be near to Dartmouth. Was just the two of us so plenty of space would definitely stay here in the future.

Needs deep clean and updating

Quiet chalet/site. Initially on arrival looked good. Everything provided that you would need. Beds comfy. But very dated and needs TLC. Closer inspection, it needs a deep clean. Lots of cobwebs. Some of the electrics appear old. Floor lamp gave husband electric shock. Electric coin meter - very difficult and out of reach - at back of cupboard and low down. Injured my arm trying to access and not at all possible for husband with slight mobility problem. Cheap and cheerful but needs overhaul.

105 Norton Park

We have visited here before and find it great for our needs. The accommodation has everything we need and although only two of us stayed there is certainly adequate facilities for six. Clean, bright, comfortable and instructions are all positive points. Would certainly recommend!
