Living room - Large couch that is also a fold out for guests 5 & 6, cozy gas fireplace, TV w/ Xfinity service. Redwood views!

Bedroom 1 - Primary Bedroom -Spacious w/ a comfy Queen Bed. Lots of windows let nature in & a sliding glass door opens to the deck & hot tub area. Private bathroom

Bedroom 2 - Cheerful & bright w/a comfy Queen Bed. This room is off the living room

PET POLICY: Dogs only - NO cats.- $120 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is not enclosed for pups - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after pup.
No Smoking/Vaping of Anything in the house.

•Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not show up to the house without your check in instructions.
• We Have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!
• Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out (may be available for a fee.)
• Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with emergency after-hours assistance.
