A lovely seaside holiday in Valencia

Put up a parasol, because the shade cloth on its own isn’t enough, especially in the mornings when the sun is rising. Install two proper single beds in the second bedroom, rather than the pull-out bed that’s there at the moment.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We have taken note of your requests regarding additional shade on the terrace and the beds in the second bedroom, and we will keep them in mind for future improvements to the accommodation. Your comments are very helpful to us as we continue to improve our guests’ experience. Thank you again for your valuable feedback!

Lovely apartment right on the beach with a patio - partially covered - with comfortable table and chair settings - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and for an evening glass of wine! Lacking a couple amenities, e.g., shampoo, conditioner, shower gel; salt/pepper; and I recommend bringing your own beach towel. But otherwise no complaints at all and the customer service was excellent. We highly recommend!

Relaxing in Valencia

This property was amazing. Beautiful beach views from the outside veranda. If you want to stay on the beach all day everything including delicious restaurants are in close walking distance. And a trip into the city of Valencia is so easy by catching the bus.

What better way to spend time in Spain than on the beach?! This was the softest sand I’ve ever felt in my life! The house had the most amazing view and was walking distance to many restaurants including breakfast. Supermarket was a bit further but still walking distance. Thankful for coffee and laundry. Host was very responsive.

This property is in a nice near the beach but some distance from the City and transport options to get there. Local shops are limited. On the face of it the property is of good quality, however the owners could pay more attention to detail given the cost of staying here. The kitchen was well equipped but at this price I would expect items to match and be of a high specification. The showers were not of a high specification, and there were minor maintenance issues that need attention. There is not furniture on the terrace that enables comfortable sunbathing.

Hello Bruce, Thank you very much for your feedback regarding Patacona Terrace Duplex I. We are glad you appreciated the quality of the property and its excellent location right by the beach. We take your observations very seriously. We have already passed your notes about the showers, kitchen, and terrace furniture to our maintenance team for immediate review and improvement, as our goal is to provide an impeccable experience. Regarding the location, Patacona is known for being a peaceful, residential coastal area, perfect for disconnecting by the sea, though we will make sure to provide clearer information about local transport options moving forward. We sincerely appreciate your constructive review to help us keep improving, and we hope to welcome you back in the future. Best regards, The ApartUP Team

Thank you for your feedback! We’re happy to hear that overall everything was good. We’re sorry for the delay at check-in — the host arrived late due to an unexpected delay with the previous guests. Also, we do have a hairdryer in the apartment, and we wish we had known during your stay so we could have replaced or provided one right away. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you again for an even smoother experience next time!

Valencia - Not to be Missed

This apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, spacious and had views of the beach and ocean to die for. We loved every moment of our stay and the apartment is exactly as advertised. We would not hesitate in the least to stay here again when we return to beautiful Valencia. The host was always available, responsive and helpful to every need or request. Thank you again for everything.

Absolutely great location and place!

This was our first time to Valencia and we're pleasantly surprised to the place and the location. We viewed it on Google maps but that didn't do enough justice to the location. The apartment was great, just perfect for a family of four. The kids had their choice of room(s) - and the view of the beach from the apartment is just breath taking. The Check-in process was smooth and Antonio was very helpful. The apartment was clean for most part, and had all the necessary items. Being from US, we were wishing the apartment had paper towels ;). The market to get some food, groceries was very close by and there were many restaurants within walking distance. The city center is about a 15 min cab ride, but there is good public transportation facilities as well. Highly recommend!!!

Family birthday weekend!

The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s situation was superb with great views of the beach in front only a stone’s throw away. Watching the lightning from the balcony the other night was stunning. It was also quiet at night. Breakfast bakery and a couple of small supermarkets are two minutes walk away. Really good restaurants on the beach front 10mins walk that also do a cracking breakfast. It is 25mins by taxi from the airport (€23) and 10-15 mins (€13) from the city centre. A No31 bus (stop literally just outside the apartment block) every 20mins takes approx 30mins (€1.5). Valencia is a fascinating city with a lot of spectacular features to explore. We will be back!
