Great quiet apartment in updated building. Some great restaurants and gelato/ bakery around the corner. Enjoyed checking out Cabanyal area probably more fun in summer to use the beach

Perfection

Location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and bars yet still feeling local. Close to public transport. The property itself was outstanding in every way with great communication from the start. Would 100% stay here again when I visit Valencia

Cozy, spacious, well located

A very well equiped appartment, with a spacious living room + kitchen. A big shower! All newly renovated. Lominous but also fresh (we were there in summer). Very calm street, very private appt (we didn't here anything from neighbours). Close to the beach! Elevator. An excellent choice. We were specially happy about booking through apart up!, a local company – we were happy that we could avoid booking through other multinational companies that destroy cities and housing.

Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen, sauber, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Den sehr schönen Strand erreicht man zu Fuß in 5-10 Min. Einchecken konnten wir „zufällig“ früher und wurden von einem sehr netten und kompetenten Mitarbeiter begrüßt. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
