Warm and elegant apartment, located in the Cabanyal neighbourhood, completely equipped to accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living-dining room, open-plan kitchen. It has air conditioning and free WiFi. Its excellent location makes it a perfect option for a stay in Valencia since it is less than 5 minutes from the seafront, with bus and tram stops a few metres away and very close to the Polytechnic University.



The accommodation:

Bright apartment located in Cabanyal, 250 metres walking distance from the beach with east-facing orientation, which allows you to enjoy relaxation due to proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and at the same time, given its closeness to the La Malvarrosa neighbourhood and universities, it has all the services of: bus stops, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and leisure venues.



The 48 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa, smart TV-HD, rectangular table for 4 people, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning with access to balcony.

- Modern open-plan kitchen to the living room, fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave with grill, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, blender, toaster, kettle and all necessary household items for cooking.

- Spacious master bedroom with 160x200 cm double bed, mirror, open wardrobe, wooden ceiling fan with remote control, with access to balcony with views of the neighbourhood.

- Second bedroom equipped with bunk bed fitted with two single beds of 90x200 cm, open wardrobe, stool and mirror.

- Bathroom equipped with comfortable shower, large sink, toilet and mirror.



It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen supplies: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, washing-up liquid, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: hand gel and shampoo. Coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

The neighbourhood:

Located in the maritime neighbourhood of Cabañal, founded by fishermen in the 19th century and composed of narrow and long streets of low buildings parallel to the Port of Valencia and the sea, frequently depicted by painter Sorolla and writer Blasco Ibañez. This is an emblematic neighbourhood, especially now, as it is undergoing comprehensive rehabilitation of facades and interiors after deterioration in previous decades. Its resurgence has turned it into a lively area in terms of leisure and culture; it is currently the trendy neighbourhood, due to the social awareness generated by the importance of tradition and authenticity. With the reopening of the Musical Theatre and La Fábrica de Hielo, Valencia's most innovative cultural offering has its epicentre in El Cabañal. As for gastronomy, this is a neighbourhood of home-cooked food and seafood, as well as highly-regarded venues for beers and tapas.



All this without overlooking the privilege of being a 10-minute walk from the popular Las Arenas beach in Valencia, which is undoubtedly the one with the most family and leisure facilities in the city (swings, restaurants specialising in paella, market stalls on the promenade…)

Furthermore, also a 10-minute walk away are La Marina (a luxurious and exclusive area created to host the Formula 1 circuit) and Valencia Port, with its emblematic warehouses and modernist buildings.

Due to its location in the north of the city, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and well-known tourist towns to the north of it: Port Saplaya, whose distinctive urban planning has earned it the nickname of little Venice; El Puig, with its 13th-century monastery, or Sagunto, a historic city presided over by its Roman castle and whose Jewish quarter is well worth a visit, among others.



How to get around:

A 5-minute walk from the apartment, bus stops, taxis and cycle lanes are available.

- Bus: Lines 93, 98 Tarongers - Progrés.

Lines 19, 31, 92, Reina - Remonta.

- Tram: Lines 4, 6 and 8 La Cadena.



House rules:

- No parties.

- No smoking.

- No pets allowed. Except officially accredited emotional support animals. This exception is subject to an additional cost and prior verification of the pet's official permit or certificate.

- No more people than those booked.

- Responsibility, respect and good conduct towards all facilities in use and towards neighbours.

- Respect quiet hours, from 22:00 to 10:00.

- Rubbish. Rubbish bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily rubbish collection service for 5 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics, organic and other waste.
