The Cottage with its own indoor swimming pool, is a gorgeous thatched, cottage, 1¼ miles from Sampford Courtenay. The Cottage can sleep six people in three ground floor bedrooms, each with their own en suite facilities. Inside the lofty, beamed, open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area, has a wood burning stove and French windows. Outside is a huge decked terrace with table and chairs, and panoramic views to Dartmoor over the owners' 205 wooded acres. Centrally located for exploring Devon, The Cottage is a peaceful base in lovely countryside.
Amenities: Central heating with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed terrace garden with indoor pool. Gas BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms. Note: This property is approached over ½ mile rough hardcore farm track.
