Bungalow facing the sea
My property is a bungalow facing the sea, with a large terrace overlooking the sea (100 meters) located on the first floor of a house with two houses, ground floor and floor. Located in the area of coves of Torrevieja, very beautiful area, three km. from the center of the city, 200 m. from a cove with sand "Cala de la Higuera" and 950 m from Los Locos beach which is one of the best sandy beaches in the city.
The house is accessed by a staircase attached to the bungalow, so you get to the terrace with a small access door and from this we can enter the house directly to the living room and from this we go to two bedrooms and the kitchen, this is by a corridor to another bedroom, to the bathroom and finally to the solarium or back terrace. The house has three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds. The house has all types of appliances, air conditioning, electric heating, satellite dish that allows access to Spanish, English, German, Russian, etc., wi-fi channels.
It has a very large private garage just for you.
The bungalow has a surface: housing of 90 square meters plus 60 of garage and terraces, which makes a total of 150 square meters.
