This lovely cabin has a large wrap around porch for bird watching while listening to the mountain creek below. Relax in the hot tub while feeling at peace with surrounding nature. The cabin is well appointed and has SMART TV's in every room including WI-FI internet. The fireplace turns on with the touch of a button and warms the cabin in minutes. This is a wonderful retreat with air conditioning for the summers and a fireplace for fall and winter enjoyment. We are now offering pet friendly for your furry friend. Limited to 2 pets under 30 lbs only. This private, gated community contains two gazebos with ample space for outdoor entertaining and several creeks for exploring. The community has paved access and is close to downtown Maggie Valley with easy access to Cataloochee Ski Resort. If you are looking for a cabin that is not on top of a mountain with a steep, gravel drive - then this is the place for you. Easy access and newer construction await your stress free summer vacation !!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave used linens on beds and housekeeping with launder and prepare all linens. Please just leave covers turned back.
Trash Service will remove trash from outside bins on Monday mornings. Please be sure all trash is removed and bagged and placed in the outdoor bins.
Please leave AC unit on 80 during summer months and heating on 55 in the fall and winter season.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
