Welcome to Sawtooth Cottage hosted by Carolina Mountain Vacation Homes. This Smoky Mountain vacation rental is perfect for two couples or up to six with two queens in one bedroom, and a king in the other. Sawtooth has two full baths and two bedrooms, outdoor seating with tables, charcoal grill, HOT TUB, sun deck with Smoky Mountain view.
From the porch swing, you can hear the rushing headwaters of Jonathan Creek that runs through Maggie Valley, a major tributary to the Pigeon River. This is an elk hang-out. They are majestic animals and are harmless. Do NOT pet them OR feed them. **Elevation is approximately 3,000 ft.**
High Speed WiFi provided by Starlink will accommodate multiple devices. YouTube TV included on Roku devices.
For reservations in Winter (mid Nov to mid April), you MUST have FOUR WHEEL DRIVE and understand that it may snow and you can get snowed in!! Guests are responsible for vacating the property on their check-out date and time.
Please ask us about motorcycle accessibility before booking.
**PET-FRIENDLY** 1 Dog is allowed (max of 35 lbs) for a one-time $75 fee. Please put in the notes if you are bringing a dog and we will add it to your reservation about you make the booking.
