Strictly *no pets allowed* due to allergies.

Clean sheets/blankets/pillows/hand towels, propane for the BBQ, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and much more are provided.

This is a rarely secluded 1-acre property, surrounded by 100s of acres of nature conservancy forest. There are no other properties along the shoreline for half a Km in either direction. Sparrow Lake is part of the Trent-Severn Water system that connects Lake Simcoe, Lake Couchaching, and Georgian Bay. It is one of the closest lakes to Toronto, being only a 1.5 hour drive from the city. The lake is clean and one can enjoy the water in our secluded area of the lake w/out the boat-traffic of the larger Muskoka lakes. The water is deep enough to dive off the end of the dock. There is lots of land to play, explore and enjoy. Private property w/ beautiful lake views all around. Sparrow Lake is a spectacular lake for fishing that features panfish, northern pike, walleye, both largemouth and smallmouth bass, and perch.
