Apartment for holiday use in period villa. Ground floor, 5 rooms with 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 bunk bed) living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. Quiet area, distance from the sea 8 minutes on foot. Fully furnished and equipped with complete dishes, fridge, normal oven and microwave with grill, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, TV with DVD, second TV in the bedroom, extendable table etc ... Outdoor seating with the possibility to eat outside . Place for one car (two on explicit request). Large garden (where two dogs and two cats of the owners live free). 5.5x3 m above ground swimming pool.(only in the summer months). Linen not provided. Heated and available also in the winter months.
Closed storage for bike storage available.

Vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità

Posizione ottimale per mare ed escursioni. A due passi dalle grotte e dal centro sorico. Ideale per propietari con pelosetti. La casa si presenta essenziale e la cucina fornita di ogni necessità. Il patio permette di consumare tutti i pasti all'aperto il giardino di trascorrere piacevoli momenti in compagnia di un buon libro. I proprietari Chiara e Rocco sono degli ospiti disponibili e cordiali. I limoni del giardino eccellenti 😊. Una vacanza da ripetere.

Ein kleines italienisches Paradies

Wir haben 2 herrlich entspannte Wochen in diesem eher ruhigen Ort verbracht. Im Haus über uns wohnten die Gastgeber, die bei Bedarf sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich waren. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber liebevoll eingerichtet und war (im Juni) auch ohne Klimaanlage sehr angenehm temperiert. Zu unserer Wohnung gehörte ein großer Terrassenbereich und auch Pool mit ausgedehntem terrassenförmigem Garten. Inmitten von Zitronen-, Orangen- und Olivenbäumen gab es auch jede Menge mediterraner Pflanzen zu entdecken. Mückenschutz war zu unserer Reisezeit unverzichtbar. Das Auto konnten wir direkt auf dem Grundstück parken. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Klein aber Fein!

Sehr nette, freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Wohnung ist klein aber hat alles was man braucht. Das Highlight ist die Terrasse und der Garten! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und die frischen Zitronen!

la casa è molto accogliente, soprattutto nella parte esterna: un bellissimo giardino dove poter mangiare e trascorrere le ore più calde della giornata. la casa si trova a pochi minuti dal mare e vicino a supermercati e agli altri punti di interesse, ma lontano dal caos che c’è nel mese di luglio, soprattutto nei week end. Proprietari molto gentili ed accoglienti

Nette Leute

Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Es ist ruhig und hat genügend Platz für mehr als 5 Menschen. Das einzige was ich als Fahrer noch dazu schreiben kann, mit einem grösseren Auto wie VW T3-7, könnte man Schwierigkeiten bekommen, da in einigen Stellen sehr eng ist. Sonst in den Herbstferien eine gute Erholungsmöglichkeit.

Appartement au calme

Un accueil amical, des communications faciles avec le propriétaire, la description correspond, appartement pour séjour en famille ou entre amis, confort simple avec petite sdb, grande terrasse extérieure... Le plus, proche commerces, centre ville et plage (5/7 minutes à pied), place de parking...

Tolle lage mit grosser Terrasse

Die Lage und der Preis sind einmalig. Die wohnung war etwas feucht aber gepflegt. Die vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Für zwei familien war es leider sehr eng. Die Küche ist gut augestattet. Highlight ist der kleine Pool und die grosszügige Terrasse.

Maison avec 3 chambres et donnant sur une grande terrasse

Chiara loue une partie du rdc de la maison sur la photo. Il y a 3 vraies chambres une terrasse et un jardin. Par contre cuisine et salle d’eau sont petites et il est difficile de manger à l’interieur. La maison est bien placée par rapport au centre ville on y est en 5 min à pied .
