This holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna is located on a large natural plot not far from the Wadden Sea in Kromose. Open concept kitchen and living room with large window sections and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen and living room has tile floors with underfloor heating. There is an energy-efficient heat pump. Light walls and ceilings. Bathroom with 2-persons whirlpool, shower, underfloor heating and direct access to the sauna. Extra bathroom. Large, open terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy the summer evenings and find a sheltered nook. There is a swing. Not far from the house are good plantations with hiking trails and a dog forest where the dogs can run free. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Erst einmal, ein schönes Haus mit einem großen Grundstück. Besonders der Sonnenuntergang ist sehenswert. Leider ist der Kamin noch immer eine Plage. Als wir das Haus betraten, hat es heftig nach Qualm gestunken. Wir mussten zwei Stunden lüften, bis der Geruch sich einiger Maßen gelegt hatte. Deshalb haben wir ihn auch nicht benutzt. Der Nachteil war , dass dadurch unsere Heizkosten enorm angestiegen sind. Ich würde dieses Haus nicht mehr im März buchen. Im Sommer dürfte es kein Problem sein. Ich verstehe nicht, warum der Eigentümer das Problem mit den Ofen nicht beseitigt, Schließlich haben sich schon mehrere Gäste darüber beschwert. Dafür verkauft er eine kleine Kiste Holz für 5 Euro.

Ein schönes Haus mit...Sieht in Natura besser aus als auf den Fotos...Tolle Küche...Alles vorhanden was man braucht...Der Kamin zieht leider schlecht...Der muss wohl mal gewartet werden...Umgebung einfach toll...Alles schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar...Vorsicht mit dem Stromverbrauch...Irgendetwas zieht sehr viel Strom trotz ohne Heizung...Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert...Auch mit Kindern toll da sehr viel Platz!
