Perfect for a large group or multiple families, this 3400 square foot vacation home boasts dramatic ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows lining the main living area as well as views of the ocean from the new family room and each of the 5 bedrooms. The open floor plan of the main living area includes a large living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a cathedral ceiling and beautiful stone fireplace adding to the elegant feel of the home. The house is situated to maximize the day time sun and an extensive 1600 square foot wrap around deck directly off the main living area is an ideal space for grilling, entertaining, outdoor dining, and relaxing. The large lawn is great for families and leads to a private classic Maine beach with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding area. The home is situated just minutes from restaurants, shops, the sand beach area of Lincolnville Beach, boating, birding, hiking, and many other outdoor activities.

Main Living Area

The main living area consists of an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen, all of which benefit from the floor to ceiling windows offering ocean views from every angle. The large over sized living room with a 15 foot cathedral ceiling and beautiful stone fireplace is a great place to relax or entertain. The room includes comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV perfect for movies. Three large windows add ocean views to a spacious dining room. The newly remodeled kitchen includes granite counter tops throughout, additional counter seating off the island, and is fitted with modern, high end appliances. Teak hardwood floors are found throughout which adds to the elegance of this home. Just off the main living area is an extensive 1,600 square foot wrap around deck which includes a gas grill, lounge chairs and 2 separate eating areas. This outdoor area offers ample space to enjoy outdoor dining or entertaining. Just below the large 1 acre lawn, enjoy access to a private classic Maine beach with amazing panoramic views of the ocean, islands and mountains.

Bedrooms

The main living space opens to 2 separate bedroom wings for an expanded ranch style home perfect for multiple families or large groups. The east wing contains a spacious master suite with a walk in closet and floor to ceiling windows offering beautiful ocean views. The newly remodeled full master bath includes double sinks and shower. A second bedroom with full ocean views is found in the east wing and shares a full hall bathroom with a shower and tub. The west wing of the home includes 3 additional bedrooms, each with an en suite private bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are similar in size, each optimizing ocean views with floor to ceiling windows and include en suite private bathrooms. The large 5th bedroom provides ample space and includes an en suite bathroom and separate entrance off the driveway.

Newly Renovated Basement

Newly remodeled basement includes a large family room with 18 feet of windows to enjoy complete ocean views throughout the entire room. The living space also features a full wet bar with refrigerator and microwave. The basement also includes a new laundry room with brand new appliances as well as a full bathroom with tiled and glass shower.

80th birthday celebration

This home was the perfect place to get three generations together to celebrate my father's birthday. The bay views were outstanding from every room in the house. There is much to do in the area from hiking Camden Hills State Park to sailing on Penobscot Bay. We highly recommend staying here!

Great family vacation spot

We've been vacationing in Maine for years as 2 families and as the kids have grown into adults I have to say this house is the perfect fit w/ so many bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The views were stunning and so relaxing and we even ended up swimming at the property way more than we expected. It was so cool to just randomly walk thru the living room and see the ferry crossing in the bay. Overall the location was great with easy access to Belfast, Camden, Rockland and we even ventured up to Acadia. Fantastic time had by all.

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice

The view from this Northport property were better than posted on VRBO. Watching the ferry go by or the bald eagles fist made it that much better. What an incredible final evening when we enjoyed the deck overlooking the water only to notice the bald eagle was nested in the oak tree on the property.

90th B-day family trip

The house, location, view, property are all top-notch! One of the most spectacular views around. Rocky beach on-site that we kayaked from almost every day. Plenty of room and privacy for everyone. The deck is enormous and has plenty of furniture for spending time outside. The owner is responsive to questions and easy to reach. Definitely a high-end property and well worth it in every way.

Perfect Maine vacation!

I cannot say enough positive things about this house! It is beautiful, well-stocked, and we will never forget the view! The floor plan allowed privacy for each family (we were 2 families of 5), and the kids loved having the huge yard. We spent hours sitting on the deck watching boats and wildlife. The location is perfect! We rented cars and were easily able to take day trips up and down Maine's midcoast. Bill was very attentive and responsive. We cannot wait to visit again!

Pure Bliss in Maine

The PERFECT home to enjoy a week in Maine. The house is beautifully situated, secluded with INCREDIBLE views. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed, a cook’s dream. The home wants for nothing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so beautiful it made it difficult to leave the property to go out and enjoy all the area has to enjoy, Camden, Belfast, state parks, great restaurants etc. We are already planning our next trip to Northport and the Connell’s dream property.

Wow and Amazing

This is truly an amazing property; our family (3 gens) of 10 are all impressed and enjoyed the stay (wish to have more time). We rated 10 out of 10 for the oceanfront view and the design/spacious of the property. The amenities are plentiful; to the point there are much more than we expected or have experienced in our previous rentals. This location is perfectly center for those who want to visit the Acadia National Park and surrounding Maine coastal towns (all within 2 hours). Perfect home!

We were 5 senior ladies looking for relaxation in a beautiful environment and we found it at Bill’s property. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom on one floor. We toured one day and chilled at the house the next day. Day and night we were on the deck or on the Adirondack chairs around the property. Work took me away from Maine after college, and I eventually settled in Pennsylvania with my family. But never losing touch with my Maine roots, my family and I have continued a tradition of spending time in Maine every year. You can’t get any better than the beautiful MidCoast of Maine and we know you’ll enjoy it as much as we do during your stay at our home!

If you want to spend time in Maine and take in the most spectacular ocean views in the Camden area, just minutes away from restaurants, shops and other activities, than this is the place you want to stay. Bald eagles, loons and other birds make their daily fly by's along the ocean in front of the large wrap around deck. There is so much to see and do in the area, you'll want to come back every year like our family has for 3 decades. You'll love staying at our spacious house with spectacular ocean views from every room!
