Modern, large, spacious and clean three storey building, ideal for the family looking to relax and go sightseeing.House fully equipped with amenities and close to the Hospital, town centre and restaurants. Plenty of parking space and regular buses for those that don't drive. House not far from beach and major tourist attractions around North Devon.
