Fabulous Guesthouse B & B Located In The Heart Of Vineyard Country!


Please enjoy this unique guesthouse backing onto a vineyard and five minutes away from several of Niagara's best know wineries. Here, you will enjoy your self-catered (continental breakfast supplied) vacation spot with fully equipped kitchen, private patio and private garden spot. In addition, we have a large Pergola adjacent to the vineyard available for eating. This must be reserved in advance. The master bedroom has it's own private deck overlooking the vineyard. Two additional bedrooms (2 Queen) are available as well as two roll away singles. Base rate is for two people then $80 per night per person after the first two guests. Children under two years old will not be charged. This seemingly isolated property is only a five minute drive from the Old Town and all it has to offer.

We offer cruiser bicycles at at discounted rate of $25 per person per day for guests to travel around the area

This was a fabulous home right next to vineyards for our Shaw Festival visit. Gorgeous view of the local vineyards. Four very comfortable bedrooms. Friendly hosts who live on the property, but very private for guests. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps from amazing wineries and only a quick drive to the charming main strip of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Our room overlooked a vineyard, and the view was absolutely stunning. It felt like we were transported to Napa! Peaceful, romantic, and the ideal escape for wine lovers. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful property and landscape with lovely rose bushes., and trees which offered cherries ready for picking and eating . Perfect for three couples with lovely large living/dining room picture window to look out onto while enjoying breakfast. Also lovely patio to sit outside and relax and visit. Would book again. Stayed here to experience wine country just a little bit more than being based out of Niagara Falls. The location was great, it was very close to Virgil and its grocery store. However, for the one night we stayed here, it was a bit unnecessary. The host provided lots of breakfast options so the only thing you would need is either a supper reservation or food to cook in. We took the second option and BBQ’d steaks on the available BBQ. One of the basement bedrooms is underneath the living room area so I’d recommend that the early riser sleeps there!
