PROPERTY LAYOUT
Entrance to the property is through electric gates with parking for several cars. An air conditioned gym is situated immediately on the right hand side of the drive, offering CV equipment as well as weights, flat screen TV, Apple Airplay, and DVD for workout videos.

On entering the villa, you are met with an immediate view of the pool and the sea beyond through large sliding glass doors. The interior design of the villa has been focused on creating light, luxurious, contemporary and comfortable spaces, as well as providing all of the amenities of a top-end executive villa.

The living space on the ground floor is open plan. There are three sofas in the lounge, and a separate dining area with dining table and chairs. The kitchen has been recently installed with built-in appliances including a Bosch coffee machine, American-style fridge/freezer, wine fridges, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There are two guest bedrooms on the ground floor (both with kingsize beds) and a further three bedrooms on the first floor (one with a kingsize bed, and the other two with super kingsize beds - one of these rooms can be divided into twin beds if required). All five bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, comprising WC, large shower and double washbasins. The master bathroom also has a separate free-standing bath.

The bedrooms at first floor level lead out onto a spacious wrap-around terrace, which has a large outdoor sofa, offering the perfect setting for those end-of-day sundowners and spectacular views to El Portet and across the sea to Moraira and Calpe.

At ground floor level, there is a large pool and poolside terrace equipped with 10 sunloungers and parasols, an outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella, plus a large gas BBQ.

For those wishing to escape from the sun, there is a covered "chill-out" area.

At lower level, there is a mature garden, as well as an office with full wifi connectivity, and a separate TV/cinema room, complete with Free-Sat TV, Bose surround sound cinema system, and Wii console.
