Bottom floor apartment in a neighborhood but very quaint and cute back patio and entrance. Apartment is very nice and clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for our stay. Will rent again!

Wonderful stay

The suite was probably the cleanest, most comfortable rental I have stayed in, with most everything one could possibly need. Regan was an extremely gracious host and was always prompt, polite and helpful in her responses. I would highly recommend this rental.

This is our 2nd stay at this suite. Enjoyed it very much both times. Clean, comfortable and welcoming, quiet area with good street parking and good walking. Regan was responsive to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time. Regan was extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything from checking in early, providing her personal bbq and assisting with the tv remote was greatly appreciated. Regan's suite was very comfortable and well-appointed. The layout is great, with a nice (and separate) living room including a comfy sofa, a large screen TV and a convenient workspace in one corner. The kitchen and eating area are clean, welcoming, and nicely equipped. The bedroom is a nice size with a comfortable bed, a dresser and a closet. Each room has its own thermostat. The bathroom is clean and functional. Overall, the suite is one of the nicest we've stay in, and well met our needs during a time of transition from our own housing situation to a new one. Regan and Nick are very welcoming people and made us feel very much at home.
