1 large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, giving access to the large terrace with a magnificent view of the Etang de Thau.
1 laundry room.

The secure swimming pool (11 * 4 m saltwater swimming pool) is shared with the owners.

Close to all amenities: 3 minutes from the highway, 1km from the shopping center and less than 5 minutes from the center of the typical village.
3 km from the phlebology and rheumatology spa treatment in Balaruc les Bains.

The owners Geneviève and Didier will be available for all your questions.
They live in the farmhouse with their dogs and cats.
