Wonderful Sete

Modern house. All the necessities plus. Quiet neighborhood. Proximity to beach and number of restaurants. Easy travel to Montpellier, Barcelona and many smaller towns like Pezenas. Great stay!

Wonderful beach vacation in a vibrant area

We truly enjoyed as a family two weeks of wonderful beach vacations. The house looks standard from the outside but is actually a true gem from the inside with state-of-the-art Equipment, everything very tastefully set up. We also loved that you could truly feel that this a true family place, where the owner family enjoys to spend relaxing days. The area is very calm with beautiful modern houses. The (very nice, clean, Fine Sand) Beach is less than 10min of a lovely walk away. The Beach is also great since there is no large parking there, so it feels like the private Beach of the neighboorhood - on some mornings during the week, there were extremely few people on the Beach. Sete itself has a nice medium town view with everything You Need and 30 Fish Restaurants (no joke) to choose from. You can also Walk there from the House on a gorgeous coast walk - walking Home after dinner in the Sunset were our highlights. In the Area, there is so much to See from Montpellier to Beziers and Nîmes - we loved our vacations and will definitely come back. A Special Short-out to the Concierge Helene, who (in the most pleasant and calm way) made sure that everything is perfectly planned and taken care of.

Belle maison

La maison est magnifique, très bien équipé, même si certains équipements étaient indiqués dans l’annonce et n’y étaient pas(place de parking à l’intérieur, plancha, sèche linge,…). L’emplacement est bien car tranquille et pas loin des zones d’activité

Belle maison

Sophie la propriétaire est très attentionnée, réponds toujours très vite aux courriel. Très belle et spacieuse maison, bien équipée, belle terrasse. Le quartier est très tranquille. A 5 minutes de la belle plage. Sete est une belle ville à visiter.

Quartier trés calme, villa bien située. Villa très fonctionnelle qui demande juste un complément d'équipements (vaisselle, équipements salle de bains à l'étage) et un meilleur suivi de la part de la conciergerie (entretien et maintenance) Propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactive

Sehr schöne Lage und Haus

Vermieter waren excellent, immer erreichbar, immer freundlich nett und hilfsbereit; Immobilienverwaltung durch Charles Osborne war ebenso gut, wenn auch hier die Ansprechbarkeit am Anfang und auch am Ende eher gut als exzellent war. Nett waren sie aber dann auch; kurzfristig wurde auch das versprochene Babynett nachgeliefert und ein kleinerer Schaden durch einen Handwerker zügig erledigt. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts. Alles da was man braucht. Viel Platz sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso der Garten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
